Sleep Inn Slidell

The bed was super comfortable and it was rather quiet. I like having a mini fridge and microwave. I love that you can use a debit card for the vending machine. I took advantage of that.

The coffee. I made a cup of coffee, took a sip and spit it back out. Not good at all. I'm not a fan of the bathroom doors. Even though you can't see through them, it still feels like you are being watched and the doors I had were a little difficult to close.

It was clean. The room was clean. It was easy to get to with good parking and a nice good area. The only negative is the staff is rude and unfriendly, except for the first person that checked me in.

It was a good stay. The desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. They made me feel so welcomed each time I talked to them.

It was only the size of the bathroom that was super small and only had a shower. They towels had stains on them. I understand if you can’t get the stains out but I just didn’t really want to use them.

I liked the location in a quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe.

it was a non-smoking hotel, yet in the morning as I was leaving, another guest in another room was smoking marijuana and it could be smelled in the hall. I just hope they had a high fine!!!!

staff was friendly, had breakfast out early, room was nice and clean even if it was a little dated, bed was comfy.

would’ve liked a microwave in room, but was only there one night so not a big deal.

1. The woman who checked me and my Son In on Friday afternoon was very kind. She told me of the washer/dryer availability and offered to exchange dollars for some quarters. 2. The area felt safe. 3. The bed was comfortable. 4. The breakfast had plenty of options. 5. The location was near nice restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast, cleaning and employees were excellent! I would rather have been closer into Slidell (no car) but was happy with everything else.

The elevator failed prior to our arrival but we managed with stairs. Said had problems previously and had failed again.

When I first arrived I was given room 211 which was terrible. It smelled was dirty and dingy and in terrible shape. Went down stairs to speak to the front desk. I was told we will move you as soon as rooms cleaned. That room as I was told had had someone live in it for months and needed to be redone. The carpet stunk etc. As soon as the room was clean I was given a very nice remodeled room on the first floor. The front desk people were great and very helpful. I would stay there again. My visit went great.

The staff was really nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had variety, Just needed a place to sleep and it worked

The facilities themselves were old and kinda dingy, but they seem to be updating and definitely need it
