The location price and breakfast

The security guard/ employee who was sleeping in her car while we were locked out of our room because the keycards didn’t work. We came back to our room at 3am and were able to get into the building but not our room. We had to call customer service for them to call the front desk 2 hours later she came to the desk and said the sun or our phones messed up the keys. We asked for a later checkout time for the inconvenience she said “how late is late checkout is at 12”

The rooms were nice for the price we paid. I had a king room. It included a sofa that lets out into a bed. My son had a queen room. It had 2 queen beds and a recliner chair. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and provided plenty of towels. The staff was very nice & friendly and the breakfast was really good.

The rooms had a bad odor that smelled like mildew. When I turned on the tv in my room , it had a message on the screen saying something about channel unavailable. It appeared as if the tv didn’t work, but all I had to do was change the channel until I found the working channels. My son had a problem with his tv also. We discovered that the cable box was unplugged. Once we plugged up the cable box, his tv game the same message. We just had to find the working channels. The TV’s work fine. Another thing that I didn’t like was the bathtub was very slippery. I almost fell twice while in the tub. It was almost 100 degrees when we arrived. We were looking forward to cooling off in the pool, but the pool is closed. We were disappointed about the pool being closed.

The clerk at the front desk was rude. They charged the full price of two nights to my debit card 4 separate times. I’m still not sure that I got all my money back.

Was on a road trip around South East USA and we had a stop at the radisson, the staff were so friendly from the moment we walked through the door! We got checked in and went to our room, in which the room we had allocated didn't have a bath, which wasn't a big deal but my partner wanted to relax as not feeling very well. I spoke to reception and they happily changed our room to one with a bath. Couldn't ask for anywhere better to stay. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay perfect!

We had problems with the television not working nor the phone. I had to call the front desk from my personal phone because the telephone in my room do not work. They sent a gentleman to my room from maintenance and he fix the TV and the phone. He was very polite. I’ve always had good service at this hotel.

Not the best location with much to do or restaurants but there is a huge athletic complex and park nearby that’s wonderful! Basketball, swimming, park with walking trails, and Other options. Felt a little bit uncomfortable with some people not wearing a mask during Covid, even though it was required.

Some parts were under construction but nice and clean place to stay. Quiet location but good sleep after long distance driving. Good size of the room with clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staffs. Hot breakfast with affordable prices. Free parking always. We would come back when we could.

Was clean nice and beds was comfortable! The sweet lady that checked us in was truly amazing she was so helpful stood and spoke with us for awhile very helpful I didn’t get her name but she amazing

When I booked said was river view and there was no water around! Plus the pool was down but overall I would come back

The staff, room and location were great! the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was updated and the room was spacious. I slept amazingly. The a/c unit worked wonderfully too (for it to be in the 90s in New Orleans) would recommend!

The sink in the main bedroom instead of in the bathroom was weird but not a con at all.

The room is updated. Bright and clean. Staff are helpful. Quick to check us in. Love the location. We have a car and didn’t mind the 15 mins drive into the town as opposed to paying 3-5 times more and stay within town and having to pay for overnight parking. Happy that I got my laundry done.

Our room (618) has faulty door - you’ve gotta use all your might to open and close it. The shower doesn’t drain fast enough and we have to wait about an hour between showers. The shower faucet knob came off. We didn’t request for a room change as it was just 2 nights stay but we did upon checking out. Read a review here that another guest had the exact same issues. Probably the same room.

Only one door available to enter hotel. Also only one available elevator, other was out of order and we were on 4th floor.
