Ramada by Wyndham New Orleans

The hotel was at a busy location, but had a nice wooden fence that surrounded the hotel and kept out a lot of street noise and kept the privacy of the hotel along with a private entry gate. The pool was nice, and also hidden from street view by the privacy fence. The rooms were very clean and had a very nice granite countertop. The staff were accomodating. I will stay there often now. Parking was spacious and very convienent.

I can't think og one thing i disliked which is very good, usually when i stay at a hotel, i can easily pixk out 2 or more things i diliked easily.

Beds were soft, has a pool, interactions with staff were nice, entrance is gated, stores and things to get into are not that far out (less than 20 minutes), good breakfast, actual room was a precise depiction of pictures, had cable

There was no wifi while there for 3 days and some of the parts of the room had some defects/malfunctions like a wall hole, breakfast kinda limited, room had water on the floor, no wifi, no WiFi, no wifi

The staff was extremely kind at the late hour that I arrived. I was given my room very quickly and the lady at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful with answering my questions. The property felt secure and safe.

The building was undergoing restoration, so some of the amenities weren’t functional/currently be replaced. This wasn’t much of an issue as 90% of my room was in great condition. Just flaked paint and worn out walls.

I was charged a flat rate and a deposit. I was told I would get my deposit back in a week and never received it. When I called to ask about it, I was told I can't get it back because I was smoking in the room and I don't smoke. This is the second time it happened too. The First time I couldn't get my deposit back because I checked out late according to management. So next time say it's the flat rate and the deposit is not refundable is all I'm asking...do not tell someone they will get there deposit back and don't do it. It's starting to feel like a money grab fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me smh...

This was an amazing experience. We stayed 2 nights in the 2 bedroom suite. I only had a few minor issues that weren't even worth complaining about. (No remote in the second room, and the shower was too hot). The property was secure and gated. The room was clean and tidy and would absolutely stay here again.

The location was great. the bed was comfortable. I love that it has a bedroom with a door to close to give you privacy from the other room.

Their was only one remote for two TVs and the volume button didn’t work. One TV was too loud and the other one was two low so we couldn’t hear ours. The door to the bedroom was messed up you had to physically slam it to close it and use two hands to and pull really hard to open it

Mrs. G (cook in the kitchen at breakfast) was very nice and helpful with suggestion on must do" todo" list to make our stay memorable and as well at a true New Orland experience. She also even took our picture!

irons. very, very limited. I waited 3 days for an iron lol but it was fine. I understand folk never return them and often go home with them. So during my stay I think their was only 1 in the entire facility that over 80 units had to share. My suggestion is to take down the room number and they have 1 hr max to use n return it. N if not lock them out of the room. forcing them to come to the front desk. Folks hardly every iron clothing to go to the airport so they will be back from their night on the town very shortly. lol

Loved that the complex was automatic fenced-in from the outside world. I felt safe!!!!! Staff was friendly and eager to help!

There is no TV remote in the room! Had to get front desk. Toilet needed to be resealed! For a suite, I had no Microwave! And breakfast felt like a chow line. Had to give room number before we got food. No Fruit selection. Just donuts coffee, one choice of cereal, rationed pancakes and turkey sausage. but they were only doing there job!

I loved everything about my stay.They staff were so friendly and helpful,anything you need they were on it.The rooms were so clean and neat.Whenever you visit New Orleans book at Ramada by Wyndham.You will not be disappointed at all.They are the best.

I had no dislikes.The only thing is I wish I could've stayed a little longer,but whenever I go back to New Orleans,this will be my go to spot every time.

I loved the true southern hospitality we were shown and advice given to us by everyone because it helped us out a lot. It was the first time I stayed away from home and slept so good. I recommend it to everyone. New Orleans Ramada inn by Wyndham is the best and has the best receptionist and women in dining. They're all blessed 🙌 😇

I cannot complain about anything. Everything was great
