Very friendly staff

Locating the check-in/customer service desk, when entering from the street, was difficult to find. Thankfully there was a customer in the lobby at that time who told us where to go.The size of the indoor pool was the size of a jacuzzi, which was very disappointing. Lastly, the parking for those that aren't traveling via the airport is frustrating and time consuming, Finding the correct parking lot that is for overnight guests was confusing. You have to get a ticket to get through the gate, go to the registration desk to have it redeemed every single time you return to the hotel. If you forget to do this then you are charged for the time you were parked at the exit gate.

Clean and quiet, comfortable bed, quiet HVAC, plenty of closet hangers and good-sized wastebaskets. Just fine for one night, if pricey for area. Very convenient for 530am flight out of BGR. But details count, especially at this price: Empty bottle under bed (in sight). Loose toilet seat (tightened with coin-as-screwdriver in less than a minute). Only two coffee cups. Only one complimentary water. Defective television (varying brightness - an annoyance during baseball post-season). Four Points can and should do better.

The hotel was extremely convenient to the airport... right across a walkway! The room was nice, nothing extraordinary, but the location for catching a 6am flight couldn't have been better!

More expensive than I would have expected for a hotel of its calibre. The hotel was very "standard"... nothing much "extra", but definitely "fine".

Location was very convenient. The restaurant food and service were excellent. . Hotel was neat and clean. Appeared to be newly refurbished. Wilber of the maintenance staff very helpful.

I wish we had daily cleaning service or at least known we weren't going to get it. The rooms were a bit dark. There was limited gathering space for a small group. Staff at check in was not very communicative.

The location is perfect for catching early morning flights. The convenience of waking up and walking through the tunnel to the airport made it hassle free. The room and service were great, and the food at the restaurant was top-notch, highly recommended. .

The price was a little steep but for the convenience, worth paying.

The bed was really comfortable, the location excellent as it's just opposite the airport so very convenient if you arrive late in the evening. In the bar, the staff is really kind and professional. Something else, my flight was cancelled the day I had the reservation and I contacted the hotel and they pushed my reservation forward to the following day without any extra charge.

The breakfast was not included as said in booking.com but it wasn't a bad deal. They offered a variety of delicious breakfasts on their menu at a reasonable price and excellent attention. There was also an elevator that didn't work so it took long when going up and down with only one elevator working but I understand this is something that can happen ocassionally. It's my second stay in this hotel and the former time, everything worked perfectly well.

Location and Service are 100% at this hotel, ideal for when you have a late flight or early morning one. Even if the cost goes up, there's no better alternative when you are tired and your luggage didn't show. A good night's sleep and good breakfast make everything better.

I liked the location across from the Bangor Airport - especially after traveling all day from the west coast! I appreciated having a restaurant on-site also for quick meals and drinks.

More bottled water in the room to make coffee and for drinking.

For an early flight out of Bangor, this hotel has the best location. The hotel has all the conveniences needed for short stays. It was nice to have the refrigerator.

Entry door at street level. It’s doesn’t automatically open and there’s no door stop. Struggling with bags and the door is very difficult.

With an enclosed walkway to the airport, the Aviator could not be more convenient for those with awkward flights. The clean, well-cooled rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Windows do not open. The front desk was brusque at check in.
