Dominic st front desk was professional friendly and efficient. Outside and inside much better than expected. Wyndham has gone down hill with their properties. THIS WAS CLEAN AND COMFY. The pool was clean and pool towels were available at the pool. Keyed entry made sure only registered guests used the pool. Area was quiet. Good place we would definitely stay here again. Did not like that “breakfast provided at this price” yet it was only a grab n go small sack. Not as promised not as expected. At least continental breakfast with cereal and FRESH COLD MILK. We need milk.

It’s just dated, but very clean

I was mainly attracted by the low price, so my expectations weren't high. In addition, the property looks a little run down from the outside. BUT . . . it was a different story inside the room -- exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, mostly newer furnishings, fridge, microwave, and a nice hot shower with good pressure. Breakfast, while not fancy, had everything I needed (pancake machine, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt . . .). In summary, way beyond my expectations at this price point and certainly on par with more expensive places.

For the price, no complaints! I did request a room on the quieter side of the motel and they couldn't do that without putting me in a more expensive room, but that just has to do with the layout of the rooms.

Close enough to the hospital. Easy access! I never sleep well at hotels but I slept so well on those beds!

I booked the room but found out that when I got there that there was a pet deposit. There was also an issue with checking in. The receptionist had to call someone twice to help them to be able get me checked in. It took about 25 minutes to get everything settled. I did have to go back because they had forgotten to give me a room number for my key.

My flights were all canceled with the hurricane and my bus brought me in 4 hrs before check in time. They graciously let me check in early and it made my day safer and definitely more enjoyable. Breakfast choices were great.

It’s an older facility and not all shiny and new but it met my needs. Staff shortage did not allow for a free shuttle to the airport as advertised.

Staff was exceptional! I was traveling with a special needs relative who absolutely must have an afternoon nap. Most hotels won't allow a late checkout past noon. They let us stay all the way to 3pm so she could get a full nap with only a small late-check-out fee. They were friendly and accommodating in every way.

The hotel is not a luxury hotel by any means. It's a little run down, but it was still clean, and I didn't expect anything fancy for the excellent price.

We just needed lodging for one night so we wanted a good price and we are comfortable with simple lodging. The room was very clean which was the most important expectation for us. The staff was wonderful, polite and friendly.

There was no landline in the room. So it would be a good move to have the front desk telephone number visible in case a guest needed info or assistance.

Big room. Nice staff. Quiet despite the roads. Some equipments were new in the room (faucet, wc). Cheap and well-equipped (fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron)

Some stains on the floor. Nothing (or nearly) around. Bad smell in the welcoming/breakfast room (cat’s pee ?)

The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service!! We were there to attend a big concert at the amphitheater and the staff were well organized for their guests that were attending. Thank you for the shuttle to and from the venue. Made our experience so much easier. We will definitely book again in the future. See you at the next concert Queen City!!

The location for me was excellent as I was leaving put on the greyhound. The rooms were very clean and staff went above and beyond it exceeded my expectations for the price in every way. I will be staying here again next time through Bangor
