Hampton Inn & Suites Wells-Ogunquit

The pool, hot tub and pool area are clean and large. Decent breakfast, not the best but okay. Fine for a day or two. I love the 24hr access to tea and coffee in the lobby. Small lobby store with water and snacks. HUGE room with comfortable beds, lots of towels and pillows. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Across the street from a Hannaford and Reny's if you need anything. Easy drive into town and the beach.

The room and hotel could have been a little cleaner. It looks like someone wiped everything down with a dirty rag. I choose places to stay based on how clean they are. The room could have been cleaner if you looked closely. Stains on the couch, dust in corners. It wasn't gross or terrible, but they should put more effort into thoroughly cleaning the rooms and public areas.

Nicely maintained facility and service with spacious room. We stayed with at two queen’s suite with a sofa bed. The room was spacious and everything was clean, well equipped and well maintained without overdoing it. There was a small sink and microwave which makes it very convenient to travel with kids. The pool was small but had a jacuzzi that was very useful open from 7am to 11pm. Breakfast was simple but had all the essentials and equipped with nice waffle makers. The food was cooked in small portions and refilled constantly making them fresh. Also the food was not overly greasy which was very nice. They offered breakfast packs to go at the reception to take out for those who leave early. It was a nice distance from both Ogunquit beach and Kennebunk and there was a CVS and a decent Italian restaurant right next to it.

The hardwares are a little outdated and the pool could be maintained better(Removing wet towels and keeping the floor dry), but for the price I could really see they are making the best out of what they had and it had just the right amount of everything (+ spacious rooms) we needed at a good price.

Breakfast was many choices to every appetite

My wife is a black tea drinker. I asked the front desk when I got there on Friday for plain black tea was told what we have is there no ckecking but the next day I ask the breakfast attendant he found 5 package under the coffee table in the lobb same place. Retraining for customer training

Clean, oversized room. Breakfast was better than most - lots of variety & very fresh. Plentiful towels & good toiletries. Shower was great!

My husband hated the chaise lounge in the room - preferred a chair. Also, I know it’s hard to get employees, but making the bed & emptying trash daily would have been nice. (New towels & sheets not necessary). Totally untouched room for a pretty high price.

My family spent five nights at the hotel. Everything wS perfect! The hotel is well managed! Everything is meticulous, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is generous and our room was immaculate and comfortable. I look forward to staying at Hampton Inn the next time my family visits Maine.

I honestly can’t say there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The only suggestion I would make is to have individually wrapped coffee stirrers near the coffee bar.

Breakfast was pretty good. Location was great. Room very nice.

The price was way too high. Guests coming in after us were paying considerably less and I'm a Hilton honors member. I questioned it but did not get any satisfaction. Two nights approximately 650.00!!!

Staff was pleasant and engaging. Facility was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast was good/adequate considering COVID19 protocols were still partially in effect. Location was good. Room was clean and adequately appointed with small fridge and microwave. Bathroom was spacious. We are partial to using Hampton Inn whenever we can.

Room was smaller than expected for 2 people. Sitting was not good based on room orientation with bed, chair, and TV. Nightly rate was a bit pricier for the size and location of the room... right behind the kitchen area. We discovered a very small note regarding room ckean up services had to be requested.

very clean, super location and extremely well behaved staff. The breakfast was just about fine with almost the same spread each day, but whatever they served was very delicious. The hotel is 15 mins from Ogunquit beach, Hannaford supermarket is across the street. I found the location extremely convenient.

Everything was extremely good, no complaints

The man at the front desk was great! The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything was clean and the beds were awesome even the kids commented on them.nice choices for breakfast .nice stay.

The Only thing was how hard it was trying to get on the main road turning left.

The room was spacious, the breakfast had variety and everything was presented beautifully. One thing I noticed was the comfort of all the furniture, from the chairs in the breakfast area to the sofa in the bedroom, extremely comfortable!
