The staff was wonderful...most all of them Jamaicans with that lovely Jamaican accent and every one of them friendly and personable, greeting me with a smile and chatting about their homeland. They responded quickly to any requests, maintained the grounds and kept the common areas clean. You couldn't ask for a better group of workers. The resort's location is ideal....within walking distance of Wells Beach, restaurants, shops, and large grocery store.

My only suggestion would be to have someone staffing the front desk who was familiar with the area and could give recommendations. And although my unit was clean, end of the season carpet cleaning was needed in the living area.

Room was clean, nicely updated. Would have liked a tv in the bedroom.

No outdoor pool. covid is under control, resuming room service would be nice

The people working in the office were very nice and helpful. We stayed one night in unit 113 and the next day we moved to unit 117. They did everything so we could move earlier. The cleaning crew were great and always smiling and very helpful. 👍

The weather was not great but it’s not your fault, we had to leave on Thursday afternoon instead of Friday morning, because of Hurricane Lee who was coming. We missed on night, it was sad, but we will be back.

Misty Harbor Resort exceeded all expectations! We had a wonderful time there and highly recommend it to others, especially those with kids. The pool is fantastic, and the pool room is kept at a wonderfully warm and toasty temperature. It makes taking a swim, even in the winter, a luxurious and relaxing experience instead of one where you're shivering from the second you get out of the pool. The unit we had was perfectly appointed - great layout with TVs in each bedroom plus one in the living room that are all internet-enabled and each bathroom was nicely sized, clean and well stocked with towels, soap, etc. The folks at the reception are very responsive and helpful, so you can always ask for anything else you might need. Word to the wise - the kitchen has pots and pans, microwave, oven, toaster and fridge but this is not like Airbnb where you arrive to find the condiments the previous visitors left behind. Plan to bring everything you want to cook with you (as in oil, salt, sugar, spices, etc). There is a supermarket (Hannaford's) across the street if you don't want to bring stuff or forget something. The location is superb in other ways too - just a half mile to the beach, across the street from a brunch place (Horizon's) and there's a nice Italian restaurant right on premises for dinner. This place can't be beat!

Location ,friendly staff and hot water on demand. It was also nice they keep a very clean pool and hot tub .Also we were missing a shell cracker ,called down and within 5 min one was brought to is! Super efficient if you need anything! This was our second family vacation here.

The pull out couch mattress was very thin. We put a blow up mattress on top of it. The main bed was also very hard ,but very clean. Also the price was a but higher than last year but that was to be expected. The last thing was they required a 250 deposit when we got there and it's stated on booking it was 100.

The room and the pool and hot tub we're fantastic.

The only thing i didnt like was the fact that we were told you only get one pool towel per day, and with a pool on the property and younger children who like to swim multiple times a day, 1 towel doesnt quite cut it, BUT, with that being said i did ask at the front desk for more towels and she happened to have a couple for me, but again told me i was supposed to only get one per day. Not a huge problem maybe bring extras from home, you are going to maine where theres lots of water, DUH

Our suite and the pool facilities were very well-managed and clean. The kitchen and bathroom appear to have been recently updated and were stocked with supplies to cook at the property. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the guide in our room was very comprehensive, lots of attention to detail! we also liked how close to the beach the property was.

The furniture in the living room was older and not the most comfortable, there was also a slightly musty smell in the unit that may have been due to the air conditioner or the carpet. Overall these were not massive downsides and did not significantly deter from our experience, we would stay here again!

Great two bedroom condo, clean and good beds

They charged an extra $10 per day for a pack n play, which we have never experienced in dozens of trips we’ve taken with our kids. Seems ridiculous after you pay so much to stay there. We were disappointed that there is no sidewalk or way to walk to the beach as that’s why we chose the location. It costs a lot to park at the beach as well.

Very clean outside and inside. Our first time staying at this resort. Our room on the first floor was set up like an apartment. Very updated with nice clean appliances. Staff were very friendly. It was off the main highway which made it easier to get in/out of. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. No complaints.

There was not one thing I didn’t like about this resort.

The suites were very clean and spacious. Provided everything you could need. Parking was always available. Beds were very comfortable. Suites were available last minute.

A time when only adults were allowed in the pool would have been nice. Would have preferred a second tv in the bedroom. Thought the 250.00 damage deposit was a little aggressive but I assume they have had problems in the past.
