The location of the hotel was fantastic. The continental breakfast was fantastic. We were so grateful it was offered. The room service was amazing and timely. The hotel and grounds were really clean.

(1) We were forced to leave the pool area when the roof over the pool began to leak and then pieces of the dry wall and ceiling tiles were falling into the pool while my children were swimming. It was far too warm in the pool area and the fans were incredibly loud. (2) There was not enough seating in the area for breakfast. The hight top tables are really difficult for families with small children and there was just not enough tables for the amount of people eating during the breakfast time.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was our first experience here. We were here during week days. The staff was nice with us and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was close to the beach. The pool was clean. There was plenty of free parking for customers.

The refrigirator in the room was broken, and there was accumulated rust inside. The sound it made was annoying. The furniture was ok, although a bit simple for the price of the room. Sound isolation was an issue in the bathroom, as we could here people in the room next to us as if they were in the same room with us.

Pleasant, helpful staff, comfortable beds, good size room with lots of storage & counter space, great shower, good breakfast, convenient gym, dove products for soap, shampoo, lotion, great location within walking distance of the Wells public beach & Billy's seafood restaurant

Bathroom floor covered with hair from previous guests, inside rim of Bathroom sink filthy, dove conditioner in shower was empty, room smelled extremely musty and couldn't open the window to air it out. A hotel near the ocean should have windows that can be opened for fresh air as well as an extra exit in case of fire. Was disappointed that our room was in the back with no view.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly.

When other guests were leaving their rooms late at night and early in the morning the doors were very loud when closing. I was startled awake every night. I did share my concern with the desk staff. It seems that this happens when the door is left to close on its own. Maybe there could be some adjustments made so that the door closes slowly with less noise.

Wide array of choices for breakfast. Option to eat breakfast on the terrace. Option to keep Ices-Packs in the freezer next to the front desk. Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows.

At check-in, front desk staff was not open to attempting to move us from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor. During the night we repeatedly heard the person in the room above us walking. Bathroom shower and door frame needs to be cleaned.....presence of mold and hard/white water/calcium deposits.

This is a great place to stay and modern. The free breakfast is amazing. The building is very modern and new. It has central cable TV, air, pool,, gym, wi-fi, and free soda.

I would like to see a couple of daily newspapers in the lobby. Some snacks would be good as well. A shuttle bus to the beach, maybe 4 times a day would be huge The walk to the beach is too far and if you don't go there at 7 am, you won't get a parking spot.. I would also pay for a taxi- uber.

Everything!!! The beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in all my travels. From mattress to bedding was nothing short of sleeping dreamy!🤗👍👍The cleanliness throughout entire property was just exceptional. Most delicious breakfasts both in presentation and freshness! Thank you so much for becoming my number one choice in lodging on my future visits to ME. May I ask what kind of mattress those were??

The pool was damaged due to a recent storm, but the owner did offer for us to use the pool at one of his other properties and our kids were still able to enjoy the pool even if it wasn’t as convenient.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The location was great. Our problem with our curtains was attended to right away. The free hot breakfast was great. Rooms are nice and spacious. Overall, I'd stay there again. There's a lot of potential.

The hotel just opened the weekend before and there were still a few loose ends that weren't tied up. The elevator wasn't in service because it needed final inspection. The pool wasn't open yet (not sure why). Our room had electronic curtains that weren't installed. They did give us a new room but moving 2 kids at bedtime isn't ideal. They need more than one trash can in each room..

BreKfast great room was clean and bathroom good facilities for mobility issues with firm grab bars.

Water supply on 3rd floor low pressure/volume. Light switch is behind the bathroom door on the hinge side leaving you in the dark by closing the door to get to switch .
