The location to the cruise port was perfect. It is 0.2 miles from the entrance. It is also within walking distance from many shops, restaurants, etc. Right outside the hotel you can rent electric scooters! Very safe/secure location. Free parking. Bar and grill sells drinks and Starbucks. Beds are super comfortable and staff was very friendly.

Just wish they had water and free regular coffee for the guests. I know you can order Starbucks, but it would be nice to have a regular cup of coffee in the lobby in the morning. I know you also have Keurigs in the room which was great, just like the option on coffee on demand.

Everything an our check out...was fantastic Stephen an the sweet long haired black lady...was Devine.. spent overnight coming an going for my cruise to Bermuda....

Check in....that evening was terrible, couldn't spell nor find my name, young black girl...short large curly hair, rather rude, an needs extra training on customer service.... if it wasn't for checkout... I might have moved my stay 2 another hotel...for end of cruise.... I booked 2 rooms... 1 at beginning an 1 at end...

staff very friendly, great location next to several walkable local restaurants, and a brewery. Even a nice Harris Teeter grocery store next door. Locust Point is. Really cute and safe area of condos, restaurants and the hotel tucked back in there. 3 mins from cruise terminal (secured a ride form “Mr George” that the staff recommended…he was on time, professional and comfortable clean van). great hotel!

The room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable.

When I tried to check in the lady at the front desk told me I was at the wrong place twice. She didn't seem to want to do her job. The house cleaners flat out lied about coming to clean my room in front of her boss but when she came back up she apologize. It felt like she was lazy and just wanted to pass the time by and not do her job. For the amount on money I spent I thought they would be friendlier, if not at the very least do your job.

We did not have breakfast. We were not informed that breakfast was included. The hotel was very conveniently located. We loved McHenry Row. We walked the neighborhood and explored quite a bit. We came for the Sagamore distillery anniversary activities. That was an excellent experience. Loved the waterfront. The Promenade and Fells Point were also places we made time to visit.

The prices in the convenience shop were outrageous and the selection was ok.

Disappointed the restaurant was closed on the weekend.

The maid kept knocking on the door every morning. I had the do not disturb sign on the doorknob. It was quite disturbing!! I had to file a complaint with the front desk. I really could not rest and would like a complimentary 2 nights. It was quite annoying. Thank you.

Close to the Cruise Port, Harris Teeter next door for food, snacks, etc. Short walk to a Dunkin and a great Greek restaurant in the shopping area. Mr. George Transport was very accommodating for all transportation needs from hotel, airports, and cruise terminal during my stay there.

new property, nice facilities, very clean and comfortable. there are shopping and restaurant options nearby.

it's a bit far from the Baltimore entertainment areas I tend to frequent (like Fells Point) as it is on the south side of the inner harbor. However if you're going to the stadiums it's fairly nearby.

The hotel was modern and clean. And the room was adequate for my husband and I. I also like that we were close to eating places and close enough to the city but not that close.

Our sheets had stains on them.
