Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor

Breakfast was great! A nice selection of items. The facilities were very clean. The location was ideal--walking distance from the harbor, Little Italy, restaurants, and many other places. The fitness room had a good selection of machines. Checkout was easy.

Minor things--the parking situation wasn't clear when we were booking the room so we ended up parking somewhere else. It was the street over and cheaper so it worked out. Also, I didn' t like that I had to call guest services for the WiFi password. Seems it should've been given to us as we checked in if it wasn't going to be posted somewhere in the room.

I arranged to pay for the cost of the stay via my Co CC in advance of my colleague's arrival and filled out a form approving this as requested by the hotel. This form was received by the hotel. However, he was made to pay in full for his stay upon arrival and had to use his personal CC despite this arrangement.

For the pros: Everything was very clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was good & great location! Great customer service! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Cons: Pet friendly however, you have to walk around the block to take your dog potty. I didn’t find this very convenient. Also, there’s no parking. It’s valet at $42/night or a parking garage the next block over. This was not very convenient either.

Our room had stained carpet and a hole in the bathroom wall.

The location is incredibly convenient! (especially to the Harbor, Fell’s Point, Power Plant Live!, & so many other restaurants, shops, entertainment, & more!) The room & bathroom was so nice & very clean, the view from the room was pretty good too, & the staff was so kind & helpful! It was overall a really great stay! I highly recommend this place & will definitely be staying here again when I come back to visit!

The construction in front of the building is annoying at first but honestly, once you learn the area a little, it’s really not that difficult to navigate & I didn’t like that the hotel restaurant only had pizza & caesar salad as options to purchase at the time.

From the valet to the front desk to the room cleaners everyone was so nice ! We were in walking distance of the aquarium and everything in the harbor. We ate dinner there on night in the hotel and the food was amazing!

The only thing that was a little disappointing was they ran out of extra blankets and I had to go buy one from Marshalls but Marshalls was close enough to walk

Breakfast was good, anytime we called the desk for anything they were quick to respond, room was large and clean. We faced the street so it was a little loud but there was a sound machine in the room as well

Room stayed at 75-77 degrees and we could not get the temp to go down at all. Should have called and asked for a fan but didn't think about it until our last night when we saw them delivering one to our neighbor so all of the rooms must have been warm

I have never stayed somewhere with friendlier staff. They were so accommodating and welcoming. The location was perfect. Close to so many amazing restaurants and shops. Twenty minute walk to the convention center. On-site parking (although extra) was extremely convenient. Best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Pool was small and the water was extremely warm.

Our room was clean and welcoming; however, the towel rack in the bathroom was barely attached to the wall. A repair person is needed to fix the hanging fixture.

Breakfast was disappointing; the eggs weren't real or close. The menu should be expanded to include egg whites, an omelet station, and meat options that need more than pork links.

The hotel was very clean...the staff was helpful and friendly

I called before I arrived which was around 6 I asked the front desk what time did the pool closed and I was told 12a.m ...ok great the kids have more then enough time to have fun in the pool which was the other reason I got the room we check in go to the room my daughter and niece change clothes we go to the pool and they closed the pool down at 6pm so disappointed and was told they wouldn't be open the next day at all .......i also didn't like how the snacks in the lobby was so high the rooms alone are already pricey don't be greedy for money

Loved the staff—cheerful, friendly, relaxed yet effiy and competent. The room was very comfortable and clean, especially the bed and bedding. The decor was soothing, modern without being sterile.

The AC and airhandling mechanicals in the room were very noisy, which one wouldn’t expect in such a new hotel/building. At least the cold, dry air didn’t blow directly on the bed, but the noise was one of the worst i’ve encountered at a hotel.
