Bre the night shift gal was very amicable. The room was clean. It was a convenient location.

Listen, I chose this hotel because it was a reasonable price for one night, so everything reflected that choice. Judging it against my stays at a Marriot or Hilton would not be fair. Everything was good. Everything was clean. The breakfast was enough. It was all pleasant. Not stellar, but pleasant for me needs.

Location to campus was great. Felt safe. The hot continental breakfast was one of the best we have had at this level hotel. A new selection every day including two or three of the following each day - smoked sausage, scrambled eggs, southwestern omelets, biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash, potatoes. Plus the standard carbs like waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, etc. Beds are very comfy. Nice amount of charger areas for multiple people including regular wall outlets and USB ports. We had four people and never had to fight over an electrical outlet or port. Every staff member was super friendly!

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Water pressure in shower for massage wasn't strong.

My hot tub was awesome I had 2 refrigerators and a marker wave in my sweet. I love this place and will be back next year for vacation as well me and my wife It was a great day we didn't really eat the breakfast cause we always woke up later than they serve the breakfast but there were lots of awesome. Sites? Really near the hotell like the Washington monument the White House. The world war two memorial oh Everything was clean they gave us new towels every time we asked.

The maids in the morning time would slam the doors and yell up-and-down the hallways while we were trying to sleep. I opened the door and stared at 1 of them and then shut the door they pretty much got the hit and we never heard from a much after then also a basketball team checked in on our 2nd night. And they as well were slamming doors all night long yelling and running up-and-down the halls. It was quite frustrating and when I ask to talk the manager. Would be in for the 4 days of my stay.

The location was great. Easy access although parking seemed limited. Check in was a breeze, I was at the counter for less than 3 minutes and the lady was sweet. The room was like a 1 bedroom apartment. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 for the night, and honestly would have easily accommodated us for a longer stay if needed. There is no lack of cabinet or counter space either for a hotel room. We opted-in on the hot breakfast in the morning and we weren't at all disappointed. My kiddos LOVED being able to make their own waffles, and over all the selection worked for us, including my picky eater. We'd absolutely stay again!

The only complaint that we have is that in the pictures it shows a room with a bath tub, and ours had a shower. We only have shower at home and everyone was pretty excited to soak in the tub, so when we got there and realized we didn't have one it was kind of a bummer.

Booked last minute for the Hampton Inn. Pictures were old on the website. Looked like they recently renovated the room. The hotel was 2 miles from UMD main campus- straight down Baltimore Ave. Beds were a little firm but pillows were feather soft. Nice hot waffle breakfast in the morning and coffee was good!

Room was near the elevator, so heard the door open and hall chatter. But because it was a Sunday night in March, it was not as busy as it could have been. Would request a room next time further away.

there is a wide variety for breakfast including choice of juices. Everything was fresh, and was able to make a waffle with their waffle maker. The area was spotless and well maintained. The staff kept everything well stocked.

It would be impossible to find something I did not like. The room is spotless, and the appearance of being brand new. If there was something, it was small and does not affect how I feel about my total stay. My room was not ready when I checked in, but ready in about five minutes,

The bed was Comfy and breakfast was more than I expected. It was perfect. Management likely had a slight oversight in room security but it happens things wear out and accommodations were made accordingly. I would stay here again and tell a friend.

The room I got was great and looked "fluffed" when I got there but the door didn't lock. I spoke with front desk and was given another room immediately and staff was very accommodating. The room however seemed like a down grade from what I originally received.. No microwave missing light bulb no block out curtains in bathroom & tv did not work.

We were overcharged $90 from what our booking.com total was. Asked clerk about the difference during checkout & he said we would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. Still haven't received a refund, have sent an email but no response, tried calling the hotel numerous times but no one ever answers the phone. Not happy about this at all.

The room was, of course, clean, all supplies present (except Do Not Disturb sign - which we readily were given) and plentiful, furniture was quite handy and comfortable, full mirror on closet and bathroom mirror very useful, lamps were quite suitable, electrical and USB outlets were well placed and everything was functional and in good condition. We had originally been booked for a double - which means two queen sized beds - which we hardly needed. Upon arrival we were asked to switch to a king bed to accommodate another guest, and we gladly did. I felt this meant the staff tries to provide for all the guests they can.

The shelving and hanger rack in the closet is mounted too low, leaving all clothes hung on hangers draped atop the room safe. There is no printed guide for the TV and the on-TV guide seems to have no reference to the actual channels available.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Property is good and clean.

It didn’t have restaurant. Though breakfast was complementary options for vegetarian food should be looked into. We got bored eating same breakfast daily.
