Of course, stays during the pandemic are different, but the staff were great, the bathroom fixtures were good, the room had everything (except a microwave, that’s down the hall), the pillows were varied and comfortable, and even the view wasn’t bad. The in-hotel restaurant reopened for dinner while I was there (limited menu). The hot breakfasts (omelettes!) were delicious. The room was big and really a good home away from home, with a comfortable chair, large work table, good lighting, and an excellent layout. There’s plenty of parking at this hotel.

The wifi connection was unreliable. I also thought the phone in the room had a bit of static. Many large hotels have travel/international plug adapters and I was surprised this hotel didn’t.

The location was conveniently located right off the highway literally half way between Baltimore and Washington DC

The shower had horrible water pressure. The bed was comfortable but the loudest I have ever slept on. Made for a long night of trying to not move because the springs were warn and squeaky. It wasn't just our bed but clearly a problem throughout the hotel which made for a very weird evening hearing other rooms obnoxiously squeaky beds. They do have an expansive eating area for breakfast which we were told was there to cover the pool that was once available. But the breakfast was $14.95 so we opted to eat out in the area. Good deal was great for what we needed for work traveling reasons but wouldn't make a return trip to that hotel.

Never stayed at this property as my plans were unexpectedly cancelled, tried to contact both booking.com and the property via message and never received a confirmation. I realize it was almost last minute, but I feel someone could’ve at least acknowledged receipt of the messages. I will be traveling soon for the trip that was cancelled, and at this point I’m not sure I would reserve a room with the property or booking.

The breakfast was acceptable and the staff was helpful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The lady who signed us out at the completion of our visit was quite helpful. The restaurant that was connected to the Hotel was quite goodl

There was only one bar of soap in the room when we arrived. Also there was coffee but not tea in the room. The person who signed us in was rather gruff.

Everything, the location, staff was very generous, clean hotel, and overall a comfortable stay. I chose not to switch to a cheaper hotel for my last day because of how nice the staff was and how comfortable the rooms are. I definitely think you get your moneys worth for this hotel. They also did not give me a hard time with my service like most hotels do.

I was in town for a funeral and wasnt sure if I was going to add another day or not. Adding an extra day threw everything off. I was over charged which is upsetting because I had to wait days for a refund, but I was also randomly charged and it was not authorized to do so. Which took away from my stay and things I was able to do. Accidents happen but I was able to get reimbursed for the random charge and overcharge.

Location location location. Staff was really friendly, as always. The Resturant (La curbs) was also good !! This was our second visit. We will be coming back!!

Not enough convenient parking spaces available. The extra spaces were around the corner. Too far to walk after hours with luggage.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was good value with a wide range of options. If you need to stay in the area, well worth considering.

Super easy location to get to, room was really nice, nothing that stands out in a bad way. Shower was super big which was nice. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Nothing much in particular, the smaller mirror in the bathroom had a crack in it when I got there, but luckily didn't need to use that.

My son loved the warm cookies. I love the comfortable bed.

I couldn’t control the temperature in my room. I like it cold. My room was to warm. I didn’t like stepping on the shower floor.

Easy access and good parking.

Vanity in bathroom was too small and shower/toilet area was also too small for the number of doors. Lobby area layout was like a maze.
