Room was very clean- our request for room either on 1st floor near an exit door or close to the elevator due to limited mobility was fulfilled which we were quite pleased as this is not always the case when we travel. Very convenient being across from strip mall with Target and Aldi.
Bed was on the small side so it was not particularly comfy, room advertised as queen studio with king bed and sofa sleeper, but bed was queen sized. Room was very bare, no extra blankets or bedding in closet - Im sure they would have brought these items to us if we asked and this might have to do with Covid restrictions. We are also used to travel sized dish detergent by kitchen sink, none was provided so we had to use the dishwasher (for which soap was provided) for the few plates/silverware used- waste of water and electric.

A pad of paper and pen would have been nice. The toaster didn't work The can opener.was so full it could barely open a can. I was not informed till we arrived that the pool was closed. That was disappointing to my 10 year old.

Although the environment around the property is not designed well for walking, many services and the home of the person we were visiting were within easy walking distance. That was very convenient.
There was an extremely loud car party going on in the parking lot across from our room on the first night, which kept us awake for the first couple hours of the night, until the police came and made them move.

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was always very accommodating. The staff running the breakfast area were exceptional!!
Parking was a little difficult. There seemed to be a few abandon cars in the lot. Also, there were a lot of children running around without supervision!

The only thing I wasnt pleased with was the bag breakfast. It was ok except there should have been 2 pieces of fruit instead of one. The other 3 items were a muffin, a pasty and a chewy granola bar. Healthier reasonable options are needed.

Lower floors too close to basketball court can be noisy.

Room set up was nice. Staff was supper nice. We just got placed in the wrong room and had to move. I didn’t unpack but after a 6 hr drive with an infant, pregnant sister and no driver in the car I was extremely tired. So moving the room was a bit annoying
