Quality Inn Oceanfront

Location location location! Also a full mini kitchen which was unexpected.

Showing it’s age, but as clean as I would expect.

The hotel and staff were great. Our check in time was at 4:00 pm and we arrived around 10:00 am and the staff got us into our room immediately which was awesome. The birds in the lobby are very entertaining. We ate at the Atrium Cafee located in the hotel and the food was very good for the price. I believe that the hotel is great for families with young kids.

The hotel has two indoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, and a outdoor pool. The only complaint that we came across was that the hot tubs (they are not very large) but were always filled with young children. I think it would be very beneficial if the hot tubs or even the pool had designated hours or hour which are just for adult. It also kinda sucks that the pools and hot tubs close at 10:00.

The location of it is perfect as it is right on the beach and has easy access to popular restaurants and attractions you can easily walk to. The value and staff were outstanding which definitely makes me want to come stay again!

Our room was only accessible via stairs outside so it was a little difficult to access.

Staff was amazing. Friendly and efficient and thoughtful. Room was perfect EXCEPT FOR THE POTTY HEIGHT TOILET! I was wondering if I was in India with their low toilets. Towels were soft. Bed was clean. Room was quiet at all times. The atrium provided activity from afar and the door to it kept it quiet when needed.

The TOILET was very low and difficult to rise from after sitting down. There wasn't a grab bar to make standing up easier. My husband jokes we will need to bring a rope next visit so he can pull himself up! I felt like i needed a parachute to make the landing! lol When we arrived, it was dark and raining. We had exterior access only. It was difficult under those conditions to see the many steps. I didn't want to get wet, but I didn't want to fall either while going up and down 3 flights to our room. Maybe some sort of edging or paint would help. I couldn't tell where the tread started and ended in the dim light and wet conditions.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff were wonderful. I like how they let the animals out of their cages now and then so you can get a closer look at them. The bar was nice and the hot tub and pool were great. The cleaning crew changed and provided new sheets/towels everyday. The free coffee on top of that made a great experience. I recommend this place to any family wanting to relax and take in the beach atmosphere.

I can't really say I disliked anything. The 2nd hot tub was under maintenance so waiting for the one tub to be free was a pain but besides that it was a great location.

The housekeeping crew were amazing, and always making sure you had everything you needed. There was always someone available if you needed extra towels or anything else. The birds were awesome, and the woman who took care of the birds was so patient with anyone who wanted to try and hold one. She could also answer any questions that you may have about them. There are 2 pools, hot tub and a cafe that is pretty reasonably priced.

The building definitely needs some renovations, but then I probably wouldn’t be able to afford to go there.

I've stayed here many times now and love the location. Love the fact that we don't have to cross the street to get to the beach. Indoor and outdoor pools are both very nice, large, and clean. Hot tubs are nice as well, they're also drained and cleaned nightly! The Atrium Cafe and Bar doesn't disappoint either! Food is good, drinks are good, environment is good with super friendly staff and the resident Macaws there are fun to look at and interact with! The Koi pond/stream is nice as well. The rooms are good size, needs are comfortable, the kitchenette with the full size fridge and microwave is always a plus!

However, things are starting to show their age and the rooms could benefit from some upgrading. By no means is that a negative against the hotel, it's just a fact of what happens over time and the time has come for things to start having new life put back into it! But I would most definitely stay here again!

Family friendly. Great Oceanfront location. Loved the Palm trees. The grandchildren loved the tropical birds. Having an indoor arcade, (there was an issue with the machine taking points off card, but a call to the amusement provider rectified to a complete refund. The Amusement # is clearly posted at Arcade), and both indoor/outside pools was also a plus. Friendly staff. Liked the coffee bar as you exit to beach. Ordered a cheesesteak and fries at the atrium and it was delish! We had 2 vehicles which I thought parking would be a problem, but it wasnt as there was plenty of side street parking.

We like the beachfront location, the birds, fishes and turtles in the atrium. The staff very friendly and welcoming. We like the indoor and outdoor pool also the cafe was great. Room is spacious and comfy. Our balcony watching the ocean is always breathtaking

Some of the things in our bedroom is outdated. Our screen door almost fell on the kids but the staff came up right away and repaired it. You need to bring a coffee maker the one cup maker was ok, some dish ware needs to be replaced because of chips on them. The couch had lots of stains and we got extra sheets for it. The indoor pool area is very slippery regardless of how careful you walk.

We loved the atrium. the tropical birds in the atrium. It was a miserable rainy week, so the sitting areas inside were very nice addition. We greatly appreciate it is a no smoking hotel.

Cleaning service only every other day was disappointing. At home I make my bed EVERY DAY and use clean towels EVERY DAY. We checked in on Sunday and left on Thursday. There was housekeeping service only on Tuesday. That meant our beds were not made on Monday or Wednesday and we had to go to the desk and ask for extra towels and coffee each day. I feel like we pay enough to receive room cleaning--beds made, surfaces cleaned and room vacuumed daily.
