Best Western Ocean City Hotel and Suites

Everything went well, the beach was close, our room was clean, the staff was friendly and kind. The only thing was the weather was very windy on that Tuesday to go to the beach June 20th, it rained all day on that Wednesday June 21st, but my friends and I will return next year, but we will just come to the beach when there is a nice day. The shopping was just down the street, pizza was excellent right down the street. shout out to Milones

Can't think of anything, The breakfast was excellent, the eggs were on point, kitchen staff was also friendly and approachable.

Hotel was very clean with a pleasant staff and great value for the money. We easily walked across the street to the beach and were right next to a life guard. Our room was large and easily accommodated our family of six. The beds were super comfortable and we really appreciated having breakfast included.

There is only one slow elevator and the dining area for breakfast offers very limited seating. Only one parking space is granted per room so family members who drove separately and met us at the hotel had to park blocks away.

Everything was great. I needed to call down to the front desk and found out that the room phone was broken. They took care of replacing it quickly. Also had a clogged commode and it was taken care of very quickly as well. The breakfast was awesome. Everyone we came in contact with was genuinely happy to help with anything we needed.

The only thing I was disappointed was that they did not have a swimming pool. My fault for not reading the description of the Best Western.

Check in was quick & easy. The hotel is small so it's easy to get around by elevator or stairs. Beth at the front desk was helpful in replacing the dirty playpen for a clean one & providing extra fresh linen. Breakfast was ok.

The batgroom sink drains very slowly. The shower walls can use an upgrade, bathtub/jacuzzi jets,shower curtain & shower walls needs deep cleaning. You can see dirt & soap scum. The toilet's inside rim of the bowl has streaks of feces that wasn't properly cleaned.

The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. They served a decent hot and cold breakfast.

The weed someone was smoking on our 3rd floor. The loud guests and kids running up and down the hallway. You can hear the people upstairs walking in the halls and bedrooms. I guess the floors and walls are thin.

The room was very clean and roomy. There was two television s plus a refrigerator, microwave and a sink in the living room. The hotel room felt like an apartment. The hotel was walki ng distance from the beach so we didnot have to move the car. The hot breaksfast was delicious too.

Breakfast was over by 10:30 am.

The room was excellent. It was very spacious, even with the unnecessary second bed. The room was clean. The jacuzzi shower was nice, but small. Wish it was a little bigger for two. Enjoyed the breakfast arrangement.

Loved the size of the room. Perfect for our needs. Coffee was very good.

No place to hang beach towels to dry. Hooks would have been nice. The air vent was filfy. Looks like it had never been cleaned along with the vent in the bathroom. I did not like that fact that when you walked to the car in the covered parking lot that is where all the employees and guests go to smoke. Not only cigarettes' but pot(guests) that should be a no smoking zone. Not fair to anyone to have to walk through the smoke. Also the hallway (4th floor)stunk of pot when we first got there on Monday.

Didn't expect too much from a hotel breakfast so it met my expectations...what I liked most was the friendly staff especially Lee Ann in housekeeping who cleaned my room after staff had gone and the front desk staff who held on to my grandchildrens hermit crabs after check out so they didn't have to stay in a hot car while the children enjoyed the amusement park..the only thing missing was a pool

The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast that was served was wonderful and the staff that served the breakfast; we really enjoyed saying hello to every morning!

when we arrived our key didn’t work after going up to the fourth floor we had to wait about a half an hour to get that fixed before we go into another room and it was very hot toward the end of the building.
