Hampton Inn Salisbury

Lady at the front desk (Linda?) was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfy and breakfast was as good as we have had in any other hotel. The price was right!

Carpet was stinky, obviously an old carpet. Housekeeping was knocking on the door while we were packing things up at 9:30 a.m. even though check out wasn't until 11:00 a.m. Didn't like the dogs that were roaming around the lobby in the morning - we didnt realize this was a pet-friendly hotel.

Facilities were great and clean. Breakfast was good.

No seating area as shown for my booking. Someone was checking in the Saturday afternoon and given keys to my room somehow.they opened my door saw me appolized and immediately shut it. I checked later my keys no longer worked. I went to front desk they took care of it. Scarey as I had children with me and they could've been alone at time. Other than that I would recommend the Hampton Inn and would stay again.

An excellent experience overall. The only problem we experienced was young people running the halls late nights and one day a continuously crying baby next door; that could be clearly through the walls.

The beds were very comfortable! Room was very clean! The breakfast was very good. Had everything to fill you up for the day. The staff was very professional and courteous . The WiFi was easy to connect to.

The people in the room next to ours were very loud. They had a child that constantly was yelling and screaming and then the parents were arguing quite loudly. Our last night there the child was up until 11:30 PM screaming and laughing banging against the walls. I didn't call the office as it would have been useless as the parents were not going to do nothing about it. The child finally stopped his noise; however the parents were talking loudly until around 1:30 AM.

It was very easy to find. The lobby was clean and there was staff and carts available to help get checked in. The breakfast was open until 10am so I didn't have to wake up early. The room was sanitized and had enough supplies for our two night stay.

The pool was not open. That is the one thing that I felt should have been mentioned during booking. I use the pool filter option when searching for a hotel, so I was very disappointed to hear at check in that the pool was not accessible. I was also under the impression that the rooms had balconies, which they do not. Access to the outside is through the lobby and stairwell.

I loved the cleanliness, the excellent customer service, other atmosphere is welcoming, I love the fresh bananas, the oranges and the hot tea. The staff is excellent and works extremely hard to accommodate everyone. The rooms are very clean . The customer service and experience is excellent. I would recommend this place with the exception to the menu. My family was very happy with the service.

I didn’t like that there were not sufficient fresh fruits, hard boiled eggs etc. I didn’t like the omelette. There were no pancakes for the kids, sufficient bacons to manage food shortages. The breakfast menu needs some improvement. It does not fit such a beautiful place with such great service and high price. I expected a better breakfast.

We liked everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. I loved the coffee bar that was available 24/7. I'm sorry we didn't stay here in the past when we came to Salisbury Md . We will be staying here from now on

We liked everything! The hotel was amazing. The rooms were so clean. It was a little noisy which was understanding there were baceball teams there and they were being kids. The ones riding scooters in the parking I did not like so much for fear I would hit one child and have to live with that. My stay was good other then the first night.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff wes for the most part Friendly. They mixed up our room which lead to us being woke up and 4 am someone trying to get in was told it was the maintenance man.

The room was very spacious. Close restaurants and easy access to get to the property. A very good assortment of a hot breakfast was available and was constantly refilled during breakfast

The property was being renovated. The pool was closed during our stay. I understand renovations I wouldn’t liked to have known in advance. There wasn’t notification in the description. The blanket on the bed was extremely heavy. There wasn’t a thin blanket available. Had a difficult time finding a comfortable temp to sleep at due to the comforter.

The staff Was super nice, the pool area was remídele nicely, and the breakfast was amazing everything was soo good normally the hotel breakfast isn’t that good but it was amazing.

Although the pool area was nice the pool was definitely freezing I’m not sure if the warmers where turned off but we couldn’t really enjoy it was way to cold.
