The last night there was a multitude of new checkins, some baseball teams, that night Noone could enjoy any facilities as there were 20 children telling screaming and parents not keeping control. The next morning it was so loud again kids not controlled , made breakfast or even coffee impossible. Management did nothing about it. All we could do was check out and leave

I loved my room it was super clean and large! The pool was great. The coffee and tea at the lobby is always amazing. The staff at the lobby when checking in and checking out both were so friendly and welcoming. The cleaners were also so nice.

The only reason I stayed this hotel 2nd time is their amazing pancakes at breakfast but unfortunately their pancake machine was broken and we couldn’t eat pancakes. That was a big disappointment.

Wonderful stay with my grandchildren, even though unplanned. The staff was incredibly nice and customer oriented. I even loss my keys which were recovered by Paula who retrieved them instantly upon my inquiry. One of my granddaughters asked the gentleman tending the breakfast bar if he could prepare her a fresh omelette which he did without hesitation. This will be my "go-to" place whenever heading down this way (which I do often as my grands live in VA).

Everything your the staff was so polite, we was there for my Uncle funeral visiting from Va. Beach Va. They aloud us to check in early because the funeral was about to start. They were just.

I found everything as advertised when booking. Clean room and friendly staff. Lots of parking space and great view and location A little bit far from the beaches but Over all great experiences

Breakfast was very good. I liked the laminate room floors and the cleanliness of the room. Having Rednor's supermarket within walking distance is super convenient.

Microwave's in the room would be a great plus. I hope the hotel will return to daily room service soon.

Heat/AC unit was loud, and no continuous fan option so it clicked on and off. The floors aren’t carpeted (which was great) but you could hear the people walking above you quite loudly. We were on the second floor and could clearly hear people talking in the parking lot below (windows closed).

The reason for our trip took place in Lewes. The prices for room there were outrageous. This was more acceptable and only 20 minutes away, Special thank you to the lady who conducted the morning breakfast. She couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating.

Our room overlooked the pool. Noise from there invaded our room into the late night.

The front desk attendant had to put up a sign and lock the door. I was unable to get into the building to checkin. I had to wait 10 plus minutes.

Location

Bathroom door did not secure properly. Room Service just changed bedding and did not remove any of the trash or empty the trash cans during the stay.
