Clean, comfortable, looks new, good showwr pressure, easy check-in and check-out. Just what I needed for a quick stay.

Value. This is an average, clean 2-star hotel. They had high prices on a busy summer weekend (like all of the hotels within driving distance of Ocean City.) The price was far exceeded the value.

The only choice for breakfast sandwiches was bacon, egg and cheese and they were very dry. The bananas were very green. Everything else that the hotel provided was good. The location was convenient for us.

The hotel's policy for early check-in was not the best. We had to call an hour prior to the time we wanted to check in to see if a room was ready. That was not ideal, since we were driving 2 and a half hours to get there.

Coffee available 24/7 a plus Parking was great Swimming Pool Amazing Close to food and grocery a plus. Getting to Bethany Beach or Rehoboth a Breeze

Breakfast needs sprucing up. Lot of food wasted because it was already heated. No noise in the lobby after certain hours was a bit restrictive where one can't sit and talk either.

Very clean, great breakfast, very modern and the rooms smelled good.

People above us were noisy, flooring made it easy to hear

Great having coffee available in the lobby whenever you wanted it. Nice having the breakfast included, breakfast sandwich, bars, fruit, etc worked well. I had the exercise room to myself treadmill and dumbbells, plus that a work room was included.

There was no garbage can in the room. We had to ask for one and it was not a problem.

Very clean and well maintained property. It was accessible to major road 113 and stores and gas stations. Accommodations were comfortable.

Location from Rehobeth Beach was a little farther than I anticipated. It was actually closer in driving distance to Ocean City, MD than Rehobeth Beach. Still was a much better value than staying closer to the beach.

I like the location, close to many restaurants

the front desk service has some communication deficit between them, I asked for a late check out the afternoon before we leave, and also double check with the night shift lady but apparently any of them pass the information to the next day person. Thankfully the guy was nice and understood the situation.

I love that the rooms to me are working with the new world we live in with COVID. There are less ways for germs to collect in the rooms. it was refreshing and clean. I love that I could have coffee anytime and I mean fresh hot coffee with all flavors creamer.

The continental breakfast, no microwave or coffee maker in the room. The refrigerator is far to small

New facility and as expected from website.

Cost was a bit high and the breakfast was good as far as most items being individually wrapped but would have liked more hot food options. Overall we would return.
