Loved the location, the ease of checking in and out. It was quiet. The continental breakfast was ok. Liked being on floor 1. We slept amazingly well.
The tv in our room was very hard to see, the screen was dark. We tried to adjust settings, but it was just a bad picture. The thermostat was weird. The mini frig made a loud noise too.

great for the price, close enough to beaches for daily trips without the inflated price. clean rooms and front desk staff was wonderful. Breakfast selection was good as well and at no cost was a great money saver when on vacation. recommended for sure!

Very clean room. Staff replaced towels without me asking. I had a non smoking room and it was actually a non- smoking room. I just love this place. Hopefully next time I won’t be near a guest with a pet.
The room upstairs had a dog and my first night I didn’t get any sleep because it sound like the dog was digging into the floor and banging on the walls and constantly crying. My guess is the owners were not in the room with him…

I liked how they granted the special requests. My mom is very picky and she had no complaints. And we had a non- smoking that hadn't been smoked in. I know that sounds stupid but we all know people do it but this room was immaculate!! My mom has a nose for things. They were just great. I recommend them.
There really wasn't anything I didn't like!!! I had no complaints but best of all, my mom had no complaints. That's 5 stars to me any day!!

During these Covid times, housekeeping doesn't come around daily anymore but the staff there always asked if we needed anything whenever they saw us . I thought that was exceptional.
Really there was nothing that disappointed us except I wish real breakfast's would start back up.

Excellent customer service, beautiful, clean rooms, I'm a traveling nurse & this is the only hotel that I will stay at in Salisbury. When you walk in you can SEE & SMELL that the entire hotel is disinfected & cleaned throughout the entire day, literally, they are doing an excellent job!!!!! The rooms are beautiful, I just can't say enough about this hotel, it's very safe, in a safe community, & is very family friendly!!! Enjoy your stay, I do!!!
