Days Inn by Wyndham Westminster

one of the cleaner hotels in Westminster md! Most of staff are pleasant and out of their way caring. comfortable besides some of the traffic in and out.

I feel the rooms aren’t worried about unless you are leaving and maids need to come and clean. Never have enough sheets or blankets wash clothes.. people who are staying here aren’t treated as well as new people coming in. then when you need a towel after maids are gone some of front staff can be rude about it when we waited for what we needed for our room all day! I don’t care if you are having a bad day if you are working keep smile and act as if you are in a good mood! most of the people staying here are not in the best situation so try to better someone’s day not make them feel worse! first hotel I stayed at where I am uncomfortable asking for something I or my children need for our room..

It was clean, quiet and staff was wonderful as always. This was not my first stay here and I have no problem going back. As with any public places you have some people who stay at these places longer term and they may not behave as should publicly however staff will do whatever possible to eliminate those behaviors. I have no problem with the way days inn of Westminster handles the environment.This review will show under my husband's name however I wrote it Fannie Penn-Rheubottom also we had pets, they were accommodated with no issue there is places to walk them off the property. There was a guest who did not care where her dog went to include the sidewalks which staff was aware of and I'm sure took action about that. You should always leash your pets in public as well as clean up behind them especially knowing people walk in those areas, there are child guest who may run through the grass close to the hotel so please people if you take your dogs or any other walkable pet take them in areas where people are not likely to walk or( play). I had two dogs and neither of them did they're business in a area to risk a mess for anyone. Don't be lazy just because it's not your home. There is some people who actually stay there long term so respect yourself and others! Leash your pets so there is no accidents and clean up they're poo if they go in the wrong places!

There was nothing not to llike I was disappointed that with breakfast there was no butter packs to go with waffles! However, the young lady assigned to the breakfast area absolutely kept it stocked and clean as the guest helps themselves to the breakfast menu and we all know everyone is not so clean , the hostess kept it clean.

The staff at front desk has been kind and helpful! I have had to stay longer then I thought but I can see a lot of positive changes there are also a couple new ladies who are wonderful and you would never know they were new! very polite and go out of their way if you need anything!

just wish maids came around more often I have 3 girls total so always need towels wash cloths etc and I like to clean our sheets often because the floors make girls feet dirty and I can’t catch them before they put them on my bed!

the staff who are pleasant to talk to without wondering if they are in a bad mood! keep that at home and stay professional at work!

how I was treated by a couple staff members but as I have got older I don’t let them bother me they are the ones who aren’t happy! had to call police for something serious to do with my child and staff at front desk was not happy about it but not my fault cops are here all the time because of everyone they allow to stay here! thank goodness for the staff who are awesome and helpful or I would not be here this long!

We attended a wedding in the area and this hotel was reasonably priced. The person at the front desk let us check in at 11AM and was very friendly. The room was basic, but everything worked and the room was clean. Enough towels and toiletries were supplied and there was plenty of hot water for a shower. Check out was easy and we were given bag breakfasts to take with us. There are plenty of places to eat in the area so the bag breakfast of yogurt, a small bottle of water, and a small Danish was fine. There was also plenty of free parking.

There are higher priced hotels in the area with more amenities. But if you are just looking for a reasonably priced place after an event, this should do it.

The rooms were clean. The pool was great and clean and well maintained area. It was conveniently located to shops and food.

Our ac didn't cool the room as much as we would have liked and during the day it would shut off for long periods of time even though the room wasn't cool. The only options for breakfast were waffles or cereal and it had to be consumed in the little room with only 3 small tables.

Everyone was pleasant and willing to help.

Two of the three in this party were mobility challenged. Handicap bathroom presented a challenge to take a shower because of the tub. Shower chair was provided but still had to get legs in. Breakfast needed to have some protein added such as hard boiled eggs, peanut butter, protein bars. Nothing that a diabetic could have

The staff were absolutely the friendliest and most helpful people. Vicky went above and beyond. Everyone was extremely pleasant. We were traveling for a week to visit family and the price allowed us that luxury. Location was excellent! We walked next door one evening for dinner at the steak house and there is a shopping plaza across the street.

The front desk staff was exceptional. We asked for adjoining rooms so we wouldn't have to go up and down either the elevator or hallways and they were able and very willing to accommodate our request.

Breakfast was skimpy. Room needed the floor scrubbed, it was dirty and sticky from a previous guest.

The quietness of the rooms, the hot showers. The cleanliness of the bathroom and rooms. The air conditioner worked well. Tv worked good. Price and friendliness of the staff.

When booking was looking for pool availability, when actually checking in pool was closed. The toilet was not secure to the floor. Had to balance while sitting on it. The beds had broken springs in them. The beds were very warn out. The linens and blankets were clean, they weren't as soft as expected. Use to a continental breakfast in the morning with muffins, pastries and fruit. Only coffee was available.
