Hampton Inn Hanover

We love the breakfast here. There is usually options for everyone in our family. The staff is friendly and accommadating. They were very helpful when our travel plans had to change slightly due to a family emergency.

When I sent my husband down for additional linens, the desk person just grabbed something and handed it to him. First, it was a stack of 5 pillow cases. Second trip netted a top sheet and a shower curtain. We made due until the next morning.

Very clean facility, friendly staff, easy to get in and out of the parking lot, room was perfect size, bathroom was very clean.

Pillows were too soft. Even stacking multiple pillows they were too soft and uncomfortable. Fitted sheet did not fit well. As soon as my wife and I laid down it popped off the corners. We made due and didn’t let it ruin our stay.

We always stay at this location when visiting. The rooms are clean and quiet. We love the pool and hot tub. Staff is friendly and helpful (99% of the time). Breakfast is awesome. Oh, and they even had hot coffee later in the evening. We love it.

At check-in, the host was more interested in getting back to his smoke break ASAP,, then actually checking us in. We've already spoken with the manager, who assured us the staff member would be addressed.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was very clean. The beds were very convertible!!

Lighting in hotel room was not adequate. With all the lights on and the window curtains pull back, it was still to dark. The barn still door was not a good choice for the bathroom door. Did not close securely. When my friend was using the bathroom the door slide back open. Also all the bathroom sounds were clearly audible in the other room. Not good!!

Friendly staff, updated room, great breakfast. Much better and cost far less than a competitor hotel we stayed in last night. Location perfect for our needs as we head to Gettysburg today.

The adjoining room. On me, I need to request a stand alone space. Neighbors started noisy, but did quiet down and we slept well. In general, I am not a fan of adjoining rooms. Noise-even just a TV-travels through the common door.

Room was very spacious and clean! All the staff was friendly upon arrival and departure. Very pleased!

There could have been a better variety for breakfast but ultimately still good. The drains in the shower and sink did not drain very fast so it would pool up.

The only issue i had was the bed So hard i had back issues every morning. The room issue was caused by hotel staff. They were excellent in resolving this problem

Adequate. Scrambled eggs, link sausage, waffles, oat meal, along with a few others things. The service personnel working to keep the food items stocked were pleasant. I left full.

No grits.
