We were there for a dog show onsite & were very grateful for the convenience of having our pup in the room with us. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. TV, WiFi etc worked great. The restaurant onsite served delicious steak tips & asparagus. ** the inner courtyard was a Gorgeous tropical paradise with a pool — we didn’t even plan on a pool so didn’t bring suits - but it was so beautiful that we & our teenager want to go back & book one of the balcony rooms overlooking the lovely view … probably in the winter **
The hallways could use a little bit of updating (new rugs?) but this is a minor detail.

we loved the pool area and all of the live plants and decor.
We arrived after 10 pm and just stayed for the night during our travels. the room had a broken air conditioner which we didn’t realize until after midnight. At that time we didn’t want to pack our things and move so we slept in a humid hot room.

The room was well laid out, clean, and in good condition. The bed was VERY comfortable.
The water in the shower was a little cool for shaving. The AC unit seemed to not be working properly: the room was too warm, even after I set it to 61°F: it felt a LOT warmer than that. Fortunately, it was cold outside (around 15°F), so I was able to switch off the AC unit and open the window - which allowed the room to cool down to a more livable temperature.

We didn't eat there, as the breakfast needed to be ordered thru front desk. It seemed maybe the head of maintenance was "trying to help" front desk, could only point me to clerk. He should have been able to take order as well as clerk.

Location, price and cleanliness were great. Staff was amazingly nice and pool was beautiful.
Our fridge was hooked up to a switch, which we didn’t know, so our food didn’t cool. I wish there was coffee in the room. But other than those two minor things, it really was a great place to stay. And we will stay there again.

Our atrium facing room was quiet and perfectly dark for sleeping. The beds were pretty comfortable. The location was very easy to find and there was ample parking.
Lack of elevator nearby made me glad I had just one small bag. The on-site restaurant offered a nice buffet breakfast but our dinner the previous night took and hour and a half.
