Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Bridgewater

The location was a little far from our intended destination but it was worth the trip. The breakfast was very nice, the food was hot and fresh, and they kept it replenished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a little small but the temperature was perfect, very relaxing. The pool hours were awesome, open very early to very late, very accommodating.

The pool could have been bigger, given the number of rooms, the pool would definitely not accommodate many of the guests. It would have been nice to have a hot tub also.

It was spacious, clean, had continental breakfast, a bar at night, gym area. Bed was comfortable, a pull out sofa was handy and it was quiet at night. And the employees were soooo nice!

The only drawback was the pool temperature. It was too chilly for us this time of year. If it had been hot summer weather, the temp would have worked.

Your staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the great breakfast every morning. Our room was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We used the workout room every day and thought it was great.

Update your linens! The blanket on our bed needed to be replaced. Our room was either too hot or too cold. We had a difficult time adjusting the temp.

Hotel is much nicer than other hotels we had to stay for the last 4 years in Norton/Mansfield area. Unfortunately we discover it in our last trip for my daughter's college graduation. Room is big, clean and no bad smell. Looks new or recently renovated.

Staff were great. Very friendly and efficient. Great size room. Loved having the kitchen as Bridgewater, Massachusetts is not the best area to find a restaurant for someone with a serious gluten allergy who is a Vegetarian.

The breakfast was great for grab and go. Understanding that we are still in the pandemic i would have like to have waffles or other hot breakfast items but the grab and go bags made it easier when i had to go to work

there is nothing that I didn't like this place was absolutely exceptional!.. I even told the manager that as I checked out. I have been to other hotels and they cant hold a candle to this place. I was in a king suite.. would so do it again!

I wished there was better options for gluten free. They had breakfast burritos and all gluten. Maybe have hard boiled eggs as an option. I had to go out and eat

Besides what I mentioned above, the hotel is nice and the staff are nice. They keep the place clean.

Other guest leaving nasty messages on my door and hotel staff doing absolutely nothing. But they were still friendly all while doing nothing but saying "Sorry". Good thing it happened the day I was leaving or I would have checked out that day, made me feel very uncomfortable after that note was left.

The size of the room was very good for 2 people. It would have been crowded with 1 or 2 more. The breakfast was good and the hours 6:30-9:30am fit our needs perfectly. The location was convenient and attractive, with a view of the lake from the front of the hotel.

We liked the comfort of the facility, the breakfast and the pool. The staff at every level were friendly and so helpful. Everyone went out of they,re way to make sure we were happy.

There was not a thing we disliked , everything was great!
