Overall the property was nice. The room was spacious and bed very comfy. Liked the toiletries.

Pricey for a 1 night stay. Walls and window had very little sound barrier. You could hear everything. Tv was small and placed slightly too low to watch comfortably.

Excellent breakfast with many options. The dining room is also large with a TV. The breakfast buffet is actually one of the reasons I returned to this hotel.

The cost of the hotel virtually doubled since I stayed there in Oct. 2022. Despite really liking this hotel, I would look at other options in light of the massive cost increase.

The only problems was the refrigerator kept defrosting and would leave puddles of water in the tile floor, which is a slip hazard. I notified the front desk and they cleaned up once. However, it constantly leaked and we had to put a towel on the floor in front of it.

There wasn’t a cart to bring our luggage in and you could only enter from the lobby. We had to park all the way at the back of the building and had to walk around to the front even though there’s a door on either end that was locked with no key entry to them. Also, we were there 4 days, but they don’t clean rooms unless you stay 5 days. Larger trash cans or extra trash bags would be nice as the tiny cans fill up quickly.

The location was great for us and breakfast provided what we needed to begin our day. The indoor pool provided a great time for being with our 8 year old grandson in the middle of winter.

Our room on the 4th floor had slow access to hot water in the hand basin and shower. sometimes took 3 to 4 minutes of running water to get warm and not even hot. I did not to speak to the local management about this shortcoming.😒😒

Great pastry and choice of bacon, sausage, eggs, omelette. Good Coffee! We had whole pool to ourselves, and the 4 grandkids and I had a blast! The room had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa perfect for the 6 of us! Staff was super helpful and very professional! We will being going back again!! Price was a great Deal!!!

Breakfast was fine and the location suited our needs for travel. Staff was friendly and helped with any request.

The bathroom exhaust didn't work and everything in the bathroom got wet if you didn't leave the door open a bit. The laundry facility was not operational.

This was the perfect room for our three-night stay. The room was well-appointed, quiet, clean and very comfortable. I loved the chaise longue with the excellent reading light. The king bed was super cozy...the lighting in the bathroom was perfect for plucking hairs off my chin...the shower was amazing. We'll be staying here again when we're in the Boston area.

The main entrance to the hotel was littered with cigarette butts.

although the bed was very comfortable, the thickness of the mattress made the bed very tall. I am only 4’11” and had difficulty getting into the bed without a hand from my husband.

The breakfast was amazing. The rooms needed a little updating, ceiling needed to be painted, tub needed replacing d/t worn condition. Great location to battleship cove and Plymouth rock
