The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly.

We arrived at check-in (3 pm). Our room was not ready. We had requested a first floor room as we were traveling with our pet. I’m not sure what the confusion was but we had to wait for over an hour to get our room, which WAS NOT on the first floor. We weren’t sure if our very timid pup would ride the elevator, fortunately, she did.

The staff had a CAN Do attitude. I have never seen a hotel run OUT of room keys . . EVER!

Staff language was often colorful. Several staff just were not into doing their jobs. Coffee ran out frequently, the breakfast bagels were often not wrapped completely and were stale.

The room was clean, comfortable and up to date. It was roomy enough and everything worked well.

I asked for a wake up call twice and neither time did it come through. I asked about this and was told that it was sent, but I did not answer the phone. Comment; I slept beside the phone and it never rang or at least not loud enough to be heard. Also, there was no one at the front desk when I came to check in. A sign said that the front desk person was temp. away helping a customer. It was only a 5 min. wait, which was good. However, prior to my stay I called 5 times to make a date change and no one answered the desk phone until my 6th call, three days later. Really, a total of 6 calls to get through???

The area was convenient, highway, restaurants and stores were close.

Bathroom smelled like cigarettes, I spay it and wipe it but I could’ve still smell them.

Beautiful suite, clean, modern amenities included A wind storm removed an outside wall this past Wednesday.

We asked not to be near animals. We were on 3rd floor and fell asleep to sound of barking dogs . Then we heard dogs running during the night in a room above ours which also sounded like moving furnace. This was nonstop since 6 AM and we have a 6 hour drive today feeling untested. Also bedside phone had no dial on the phone. So we couldn’t call desk to ask breakfast hours. We checked in daylight and found it unplugged.

It was around walmart a main highway gas stations couple of restaurants

I appreciated the staff 10/10 would recommend mos def and plus indoor outdoor pool with a BBQ spot for family also it had a fire pit in the back we enjoyed our self immensely do not hesitate and book with them

Jesse at the front desk was wonderful and very accommodating. Beds were so comfortable, and the facilities were clean. Also loved the fitness center, it actually had a decent amount of equipment. :) would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast wasn't the greatest but it did the trick.

i thought breakfast got done a little early. i work overnights and on myoff days like to sleep in and their breakfast ends at 9 which is too early for me even on off days.

their breakfast times. ther water pressure. the pillows couldve been better.

Location, pet friendly!

That front desk woman called to remind us of checkout a hour prior to check out. I understand the rationale but if someone over stays charge them accordingly that will incentivize them to be on time so room can be cleaned.

The house cleaning personnel was excellent
