The room was beautiful, functional and clean. The pool was nice and warm, the breakfast had a good variety of foods. Everyone that worked there was super friendly and helpful. having a pet friendly hotel that was this nice was a huge plus.

Since I had pets with me, I would have liked to have had the opportunity to borrow a vacuum to do the rugs myself. I just didn’t want to leave the cat in a crate while waiting for housekeeping.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and we really enjoyed the breakfast, got pancakes, bagels, grilled bread with an assortment of different spreads, very good coffee, freely available 24/7 in the lobby. Plenty of parking, very next to the hotel entrance. Good location between Providence and Boston, very good value for money.

I had some difficulties with my pre-paid reservation, I arrived at night and had to accept to be charged again on my credit card, because the employee had some issues with the computer system. In the morning, a more experienced employee made the necessary and cancelled my charges. This is the only reason I didn't give the perfect notation.

Breakfast looked pretty good but we did not eat there

My only complaint was the incredible noise that the room next door was making until 4am. The staff did nothing to stop it. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the ceilings made a ton of noise when people were walking above or in the halls. I thought the sound proofing was horrendous but otherwise it was a very nice hotel w/ everything needed

Stayed in town for family event. hotel was clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice pool and staff were friendly. Breakfast good for families with children simple and easy.

no fan in bathroom, window handle broken so wouldn't open. I never understand why hotels would not have ventilation

The rooms were very clean with a lot of space and very comfortable beds. There was a little kitchen in the room with a microwave, big sink, dishwasher, and few dishes. Delicious breakfast with a good variety of food. We were impressed.

The property was beautiful, lots of space in the rooms and plenty of options for breakfast. I really hope to come back soon.

The pool was freezing, like the coldest pool I’ve ever been in. I’m not sure if the pool is heated but I was expecting it to be a little warmer.

We really loved the rooms. We had a full fridge, microwave, sink and dishwasher. I was so pleased with the room for the cost. It was so close to Gillette and made the stay perfect.

Bathroom door difficult to open and slide Pool is closed If traveling with children I would have liked a small table and chairs, but not needed for 2 adults

Front desk goes above and beyond with answering questions and giving extra blankets/towels.

The sliding door from the bathroom was broken so we had to around through the kitchen in order to use the bathroom.

I have no complaints about the property. Staff was friendly, room was clean and breakfast was good.
