Very spacious Nice arrangement Breakfast scrambled eggs

Breakfast biscuits and sausage fell short of my expectations, The channels on the bottom of the closest door was very dirty as well as the bathroom tub overflow drain it looked looked like it was throwing up with rust. Our room number was 101 Although the hotel had nothing to do with the problem we had with other guess staying in the room above us stomping on his or her heels to 11:30. People just have no consideration anymore for others, it’s a shame

I was double charged. Paid through booking $566 and the hotel charged my card 646 so my bank card was all screwed up I didn't get refunded the money right away because it was the weekend. So unfortunately we were unable to do somethings we had planned. Also there was a small fire in the hotel at 1am kind of confusing on what to do hotel staff didn't seem like they knew what to do either.

The grill came in handy. I wasn't sure if there was one there, but I found it. On-site laundry was nice too.

My room only got serviced once in 11 days. I had to go to the desk to ask for towels and coffee (the pot in the lobby was empty too). I only had 2 forks and no can opener. I had to go buy a can opener at the store and left it for the next guest.

Excellent hotel! We liked it. We had a room with a kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant. There were always parking spaces. Good soundproofing of the rooms.

WiFi was Slow . Kitchen knives didn't cut at all. At breakfast, I constantly had to ask for scrambled eggs, syrup, hot water.

It was wonderful! I had asked to be close to an exit door to toilet the dog and I was placed in the best location, Room 101!! I will definitely be back!

The dryers in the laundry room are in poor condition. I had to use twice as much money to dry a small load, and they were still damp. Other guests in the laundry room were complaining about the issue as well.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we were packing up to leave I asked if they had a luggage cart we could use and the young man at the desk went around the hotel to find us one and brought it to our room now that's what I call service. It was one of the best hotel stays that we have had.

Room was clean and spacious and had all the bells and whistles. bed was sooo comfy and the bedding was everything I expect, clean sheets, fluffy pillows and a cozy comforter, not just thin sheets and a thin blanket like some other hotels.

very clean and well maintained. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and comfortable!

I was without shampoo and conditioner in my room, and when I went to check out, myself and another woman waited over five minutes for service. When someone finally came over, I recognized them to be the ladies sitting right out front. Personally, I just felt that to be very unprofessional but otherwise the stay was amazing!

Clean & staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. One staff member in particular, Nadia was extremely helpful with directions, restaurants & general information about the area

That I couldn't stay longer

This reservation worked for us. My only complaint was breakfast. Should have a variety of fruit and cottage cheese. Much better coffee cake. Management and staff A plus.

Nice pool. Very nice room and good bed.
