Hampton Inn North Attleboro, Ma

The front desk people looked out for me, very inviting, and pleasant to be around. Nice facility, and happy to of been out the crappy Hampton Inn in Braintree I wasted all that money for!

No real bad, other than check in, was told I could come sooner due to service dog, that was not wrote in the notes, but, the team got it right, and they had me in a room in no time. The Guy in the front with the accent from another area (I've got a thick country accent, lol, his was a different country sounding, could be wrong.) Was very nice, so, their is no complaints. Just getting through that first road block was the only problem. Happy otherwise. (Except that bathroom door that slides and don't lock, wife walked in on me pooping! Haha.)

Being overcharged and then having a long drawn out process to be refunded. Left a nasty taste in my mouth and spoiled what would have been an incredibly positive experience. A great shame and disappointment.

Room was incredibly spacious. Felt safe. Was very clean. Breakfast was good. Area was clean before the people arrived. Pool was clean and very enjoyable. Bed was comfortable. Linens very soft. Staff was very friendly.

The price was just a little high but I picked it, can't complain too much. The a/c only blew to one side of the room. Would've been nice more centralized. The TV volume was not the best. Couch was a little stiff. Breakfast options were limited. Some of the items were missing. Chair in room was not big booty friendly.

We chose a hotel in the middle between Boston and Newport. Close to I-295, which is convenient for traveling. Near the hotel there is a gas station with the cheapest gasoline in the area. The breakfast is good, but there is not much choice of food. Two types of yogurt, scrambled eggs, turkey sausages, Flakes, apples and bananas, two types of sweet pastries, waffles. Tea and coffee. There was enough food for all the guests of the hotel. There weren't many people in the buffet. It's easy to find a breakfast table. I noticed that middle to older people stay at the hotel, so the hotel is quite quiet. The soundproofing of the room is very good. The hotel is next to the road, but the sounds of cars are not audible. The hotel room is fairly clean. The furniture is good. Nice big bed. Clean bed linen and towels. Large clean windows. The air conditioner is quiet. I would stay here again. Comfortable, quiet, convenient.

One room card for me and my wife. One shampoo and one shower gel for two people for two nights stay. We used our own shampoo and gel. It's just the carelessness of the room cleaners. I didn't ask the hotel staff for extras. Not a problem for me. We take small things with us. The refund of the tax for accommodation took a long time to be decided by the hotel staff. I don't think this is the first case in the Hilton hotel chain.

8/13/22 2pm easy early check in. very pleasant front desk staff. 11pm one late evening worker reprimanded my husband and I about needing to use our room cards to enter the building after 8p. we came in after the Mansfield Jimmy Buffett concert. She was right at the front desk waiting on other customers. And easily pushed the door open button to let us in. Our hands were full. Digging out our cards would have been almost impossible. We were unaware of the 8pm rule. This interaction may have made her feel powerful and in control, but it did not sit well with me. In my mind, she could have just opened the door for us and welcomed us in for the evening. This did not ruin our stay, just some constructive feedback as a reminder for employees.

Everything was great. Staff very nice and friendly. Best hotel ever.

Breakfast was fine.

I was really upset that the pool was being deep cleaned the day/night that were staying there. The main reason I picked this Hotel was because of the pool. I spent more on the room because of that and I was not happy about it. Could they have notified me? Yes. Could I have called and asked if their pool was being serviced that day? Yes. And I will from now on.

Super clean, check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. AC was nice and cold which was crucial being 100+ degrees outside. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

The only thing (which isn't even really a negative) is that breakfast ends at 9:30. I definitely missed that upon check in, we came down at 931 and everything was already put away. On me for not paying attention to breakfast times, it just seems an early time to end breakfast from what im used to at other hotels.

The team is super friendly and super helpful. They do everything in their power to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. They're such a great group and I'll be coming back for future stays hands down. Also, the included EV charger on site! FANTASTIC!! The proximity to food: EXCELLENT There's even a movie theater next door!!

Older children(teenagers) we’re running around in the hallways without supervision. They left the pool area a mess and I said something the the clerk at the front desk it didn’t seem to fase him. At one point the teens were on my floor throwing a ball in the hallway hitting the walls until I came out and said something to them.
