Best Western Cape Cod Hotel

Our desk support was exceptional. We had issues with towels and non functioning remote. They were very helpful. Best Western is family friendly. Kids loved the pool. Elevator did not work well at all. Breakfast was nice. Area was clean. Hyannis area is frustrating as the main road is divided requiring you to drive around in repeated circles to get anywhere.

Elevator problems, broken remote. Room needed a comfortable chair the little table and chairs were kind of crammed beside the bed.

The room was comfortable. It had good wifi, lighting, beds, bathroom. It was large enough that we did not feel cramped. The decor was neutral, standard hotel decor for the price. The breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, and more...so there was something for everyone. It was a relief to not have to worry about finding breakfast.

We didn't have time to check out the pool but that's not the hotel's fault. The location is secluded from the main road, easy in and out, yet close to a large shopping area. We got a haircut for our daughter in the morning, just 3 minutes away.

Value for the money. Cleanliness. Proximity to attractions.

Housekeeping. I asked for fresh towels and was told to go get them from another worker down the hall. The lady laughed because I had to walk the length of the building. I also took out my own garbage.

I like the location, like the breakfast, specifically on Saturday June 19 2021, that me and my girls friends went and the required that we used gloves, and the boy who was in that day, put the gloves on us and we had so much fun, because was different and I guess we contagious the place with laughs. Keep up with the good job

I know is not easy because of the pandemic and now, everything is backing to the new normal, but I found it the cleaning was not done properly, the rooms was great but the bathrooms need a little more love, wasn't clean as supposed to be.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The man working breakfast was also great, replenishing and cleaning with a smile on his face. Breakfast had some nice choices and the food was hot, thank you again to the man working there, great job! (sorry I didn't get his name)

The room doors are loud when people let them close and bang as they come and go. Rooms are not well insulated so you can hear toilet seats falling, bathroom fans. Other than that it was quiet and we enjoyed our stay.

Location, breakfast was great, staff nice and helpful, room comfortable, not far from Craigville Beach and CCM and Main Street

Hot in hallway, pool too hot, not enough staff the chambermaids seemed overworked, only gave 1 soap and shampoo, elevator broken on a 97 degree day ( but staff helped us taking our luggage to car)

The location.

A woman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. It seems the front desk employees have different management procedures. They are not consistent. This woman in particular was discussing my personal business with a housekeeper when I came into the front office and heard her. She is very abrasive when answering a question and never gives the information clearly. I stay her alot and feel that should consider me a valued customer. Management should meet with front desk employees and orient them as to what the policies of this hotel are so they all will handle reservations the same.

I liked the room the pool and how they had breakfast every morning to start your day off

That there was no channel guide for the tv...but other then that everything was perfect

The room could’ve been a little cleaner, better, vacuuming and stains in the tub and sink.

Convenience of my room being on the first floor. Ample breakfast choices.

No housekeeping. I understand extended stay there would be no housekeeping. But at least we could have gotten towels and toilet paper daily without having to ask.
