Comfort Inn Hyannis - Cape Cod

The property was an older hotel, but had been redone fairly nicely to average standards. It was very clean and the staff made up the room every day without asking. Overall, the staff was attentive, particularly the person running the breakfast buffet. The location was fantastic, on the main street with restaurants, shops and the Kennedy Museum steps away. Also, a 5 minute walk to the ferries.....perfect for those wishing to have a place to park and walk onto the boat. Did not use the pools (the outdoor pool was just being set up for the season), but both looked to be well maintained.

Although the bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were horrible. Lumpy and tiny, especially ridiculous on a king-sized bed. Bed was also rather high, not an issue with my husband and I (we are tallish), but might be a bit difficult for others. Liked that the sink was separate from the bathroom, but there was no towel bar so had to have access to the bathroom to dry your hands. Very poor design.

The pools were fantastic. The hot tub was very nice also. Having a balcony was also a bonus. This is a great location too. There is a lot to do in the immediate area with Hyannis Harbor and downtown Hyannis sops and restaurants all within walking distance.

The free wi-fi cuts in and out frequently. The breakfast could be much better. The eggs tasted fake and more options besides just sausage would be appreciated. The coffee and juice were good, as were the waffles.

We had a nice, comfortable, king, corner, room on the third floor. It was quiet and had a small balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The internet was weak and rather slow. The bathroom was fine but could use an update. The front desk managers were friendly and check in and check out was easy. It is in a very accessible part of town near to the main street and close to restaurants. It was a good choice for our stay in going to a wedding nearby.

Better internet not so slow. The bath was rather old and needed an upgrade. It was nice to have breakfast, but it could have had a little more variety with a choice of bacon or sausage and not the same every day instead of sausage both days.

My family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. The location was great. There were a lot of things to do within walking distance, including a small beach by the harbor. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice and clean. The breakfast was simple but convenient to have. They serve breakfast from 7am to 10 am. If you get there early it's not usually too busy. They served scrambled eggs, sausage, prepacked muffins, cold cereal, Belgian waffles, coffee, juice, toast, yogurt, apples. They serve coffee until 9 p.m. in the lobby. The room was small but clean. Housekeeping came in daily to make the beds and give us clean towels. We had a small balcony which was nice to sit outside and also put out our bathing suits to dry. The staff was helpful anytime we needed anything. The place was a great value and very family friendly.

They could use another waffle maker since the line can get pretty long. Luckily we didn't really care about having waffles so that didn't really bother us. The eggs seemed to be powdered eggs, so if this bothers you keep that in mind. They put out oatmeal packets and bananas the last day we were there which we would have loved to have our whole stay. We had 4 people in our room but only received 3 towels daily, but I also didn't ask for more so I'm sure we could've gotten more. The hot tub wasn't heated. Parking spots can be tight but there's plenty of spots.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was exactly where we were hoping it would be. The facility was such that we stayed in a Comfort Inn on our trip to Chicago. As we'd been comfortable at this location, it was worth trying another.

The elevator did not work very well. I was having difficulty walking that weekend, and had to take stairs. It was very difficult for me.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. the staff was amazing ..I really wish I remember the girl who checked us in..she was so sweet. I had to make arrangements to leave early, but check out may have been after 11..the man that helped me was very nice as well, gave me until 11:30. This is a great place to stay!

If you are using the ferry to go to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, you can walk from the hotel to the ferry. The hotel is also close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good, with several options. The room was comfortable, and the TV was large and and worked well. The air conditioner worked good, as well.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The beds were comfortable. The room was a nice size. Breakfast had a moderate number of choices. The property was in an area that was close to the ferries and a number of good restaurants.

A couple of mornings, some of the food items were not replenished so the choices were more limited.

Location was excellent right on the main drag. You could walk to the stores, restaurants and the water. Clean and up to date. There was a large TV in the room.

House keeping came around a bit early and kind of loud. You would think they would wait until after checkout. The heater wouldn't go into continuous mode so it kept cycling on and off.

We enjoyed the hotel's excellent location. It is close to the ferry, restaurants, shopping. We also enjoyed the comfortableness of the room. The air conditioner worked great, the mattress and linens were nice. Breakfast offerings were good, too. The tv was large. Parking was ample as well.
