Holly Tree Resort, a VRI resort

Stayed in a deluxe suite with a whirlpool tub and it was amazing! Crazy good deal! I love the indoor and outdoor pool set up at the Holly Tree and spent time in the pool, also a great location for beach access.

only thing- TVs have basic cable, no Bravo or E! :-( and the DVDs that they offer are $1 to rent and cannot be added onto the card for the room. Bring your own DVDs and DVR your shows at home.

The king size bed and the two bathrooms, potato chip factory but no tours of it while we were there, beaches and biked Nantucket 8 miles and walked one and a half miles after the Ferry ride to get to the bike rental shop wish it was closer to the Ferry drop off from the main inland because the walk was a long one to the rentalbike shop but when we were done the bike had a drop off place close to the ferry to go back ro our hotel

The temperature in the pool area had to be over 100 degrees was just there reading a book but had to go to the room to read my book

Nice condo. Had the one bedroom and microwave and fridge. Good size bathroom. My favorite part was the pool. I didn't get a chance to go in the outdoor pool. Indoor pool and hot tub were just as described. Very nice.

Mattress on bed was slanted.

The suite was clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Compared to other nearby accommodations, this property is above the rest.

Nothing really. All properties on Cape Cod are old and need updating but this property tries to make improvements which I’ve seen over the years.

We love staying at the Resort. The staff are friendly and rooms are clean. The first time my daughter and I stayed here was last year during February vacation 2022 and we absolutely loved it. We came back this past weekend for a little mom and daughter time. Definitely would recommend the resort and stay here again.

We were on the bottom floor. Are room being close to the exit meant we didn't have far to carry our luggage. The room we were given was actually two rooms, so we had two bathrooms. and two TVs. The pool area was clean,

To have had maid service at least once would have been nice. Clean towels were available at the front desk.

Room was cute, clean. Well they missed the coffee pot ( had grounds in it) but that was the only fault we could find. A studio is a studio. Learned that a full-size bed is enough in a pinch. Location was great. did not get a chance to check out the pool, we were just too busy. too bad it closed at 10 ( not unusual, but a bummer for us nightowls.)

a local tourist map would have been nice.

the couch in the room was made of a vinyl material and it had gauges and numerous flaws seen where it was scraped or marked. the bathroom door had a stopper which ingeniously placed stopped the door from hitting the commode but had an awkwardness that the door was on an odd angle.

Nice room with little drop leaf table, microwave and fridge. Loved the two pools and hot tub. Very accommodating staff. Only good things to say. Seems to be perfect for families as there are activity rooms, kiddie pool (3 foot deep) also racquet ball courts. Relaxing. Not too noisy. Great location. Only drawback is there is no elevator so if you have trouble lifting luggage best to request a room on first floor.

Very enjoyable weekend My son is disabled and it was very comfortable for him. Thank you we look forward to coming bank soon. We love it there.
