water park good for kids

staff didn’t have great customer service when check in my voucher did not explain and spent around 90 for lunch and then ate breakfast spent 70 and wanted to use a 10 voucher went to desk and didn’t want to help it was the Costomer service also when asking about restaurants in area not helpful

facility seemed rundown and in need of TLC in both the water park and the rooms

The kids had a blast at the water park. The water park wasn't packed at all, we could always find an empty table. Our room was perfect for 5 with the 2 queen beds. Hearth N Kettle had amazing food and they gave us vouchers for staying in the hotel.

The lifegaurds didn't help the clustering in the water park, kids will pile up under the bucket until it falls and it backs the whole river up but the lifegaurds are too busy enforcing tubes on children who are too small to use them instead of telling them to keep moving. There were adults that were trying to go the opposite way on the river. Some of the guests were just rude. We happened to get a room next to the loudest family in history but we understand that's not the hotels fault, we just wish people were more friendly.

Could do better with cleaning. Love the place but rooms need to be cleaned better. My bed smelled dusty and second time triggering an asthma attack. Seriously feared dust mites. Had to sleep at the feet of the bed.

Great for the kids

Booked through Priceline, total price was almost $100 over the Priceline $$. Resort fee and all additional taxes,at least 3 taxes??? Not disclosed on booking. That being said I could have missed the very very fine print. The norm these days!!! Not much we can do there, but when on a budget it was a shock. Kids had a great time, set up was perfect for families with kids!!! Had breakfast at the hearth & kettle, sorry to say would not recommend, should have went across the street to Dunkin’s.

Great location. The restaurant was excellent as was our server bar tender Dave. The restaurant was excellent. The property is beautiful and very well kept. Most of the staff were wonderful.

The rooms are in serious need of updating. It was very pricey for the condition of the rooms. The life guard at the pool was extremely rude and discourteous. We have service dogs and she refused us entrance without word just pointing to get out.

There is no housekeeping. You must call each day you want new towels, etc. Bathroom very small. Only 2 little bars of soap for 3 nights. The Hide-A-Line retractable clothes line in the bathtub didn't work. Only extended out one foot instead of five. The safe didn't work properly. The numbers stick and nothing happens. But when it does accept the number, it adds a bunch of the same number which makes it 'void' since only four digits allowed. The 'Courtyard Access' was pretty dull compared to others I have seen there.

We loved the water park, it was entertaining for my whole and we had a wide range of ages and some people with us who had medical issues and there was something for everyone. We like that they have the outdoor pool available upon request friendly staff, and spacious room. They have so many amenities, we didnt even utilize all of them during our stay including the 24 hr arcade. We are trying to go back later this summer!

Our room was a little beat up,(our wooden coffee table had a chunk missing from the corner and the large soaking tub panel wasn't screwed on all the way over the exterior of tub and some other some cosmetic damages) and it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. (My daughter dropped something behind the refrigerator and there was an empty soda can from someone else right next to the side of the refrigerator) ultimately it was a short 2 day stay and these things were minor.

I loved the facilities. I have a two year old and a 15 year old. My two year old really enjoyed the water park. He spent a lot of time in the kids pool, the wave pool and lazy river. My 15 year old loved the lazy river, slides and hot tub. They both spent time in the arcade too.

I didn’t like that the kids area looked a little dirty. There was mildew on the slides. We had a patio that was open to the courtyard and there were leftover socks. One of the saunas was closed. I was also very disappointed that we kid twice the normal rate for Spring Break and there were zero activities in the courtyard. I felt that they could have done the fire pits or even an outdoor movie. I felt the price was hiked up for no reason other than purely profit. I did not see anything that justified the “spring break” rate.

I enjoy that the hot tub is open! Lots of places these are closed still with everything going on.

I didn't like that my pool view room didn't have better closing curtains. I thought maybe they would be linking or even tie. Considering if you didn't over lap them and put the chair in front, people could see in your room all day and night. Totally get it, its a pool view, but a little privacy around bed time is always appreciated.
