Hampton Inn Boston-Natick

The hotel is located close to the major highways which makes it a quick detour to spend the night if you're traveling. The parking was convenient and the facility was very clean. Our room did not have a mini fridge in it when we arrived as we asked but they brought one up immediately. The room was clean and comfortable for our family. Overall a great stay!

I've always heard how wonderful the breakfast is at a Hampton Inn however I was not impressed. The standard cereal, coffee, juice and fruit but the bananas were ready to make banana bread. Yuck! The egg omelets were just frozen and reheated. The turkey sausage was less than stellar. The woman working at the breakfast area was lovely so no complaints there. The food quality definitely needs some improvement.

1) Staff provided blanket by bringing one up to room 2) Near some shopping retail areas within walking distance 3) Market place with self-service food items like spaghetti and dessicated soup mixes available at night (after nearby stores clised)

A) Tags on electrical cords and mattresses are unnecessary and can be removed from those items, before distribution to rooms (so as to make it easier to wind cords for irons, hair dryers, coffee makers, clock-radios, lamps, televisions; example, an automatic retracting cord of a hair dryer couldn't be retracted all the way, until after the tags on the cord were removed) B) Difficult to bring breakfast up to room, because no fold-out (or slide-out) surfaces outside of rooms (when carrying juice and waffles up to room with hands full, I had some difficulty balancing the food while trying to unlock the door with card key; would have been easier if I could have folded down a surface to set waffles & juice on, so I could easily unlock door)

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. They had a wonderful selection at breakfast every morning (buffet style) and I also liked that you could get a cup of coffee at anytime in the lobby. There is also a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel which is very convenient. Natick mall is close by as well as Shoppers World. Boston is only a 30 min drive. Great customer service! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

The lobby was newly renovated and looks beautiful! The breakfast area is very nice as well, but the rooms, hallways and elevators need updating. Hope there are more renovations planned because it’s a nice hotel and in a great location!

Friendly staff, clean, room available right away. I would recommend. I'll likely stay again should the opportunity arise. Breakfast was great for a free breakfast. Fitness center was new, with new equipment. Small but acceptable.

Fitness center could be larger. For quick snacks/snack section, I would have liked some healthier options. Its nothing but chips, ice cream, etc. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner.

We went to a sold out concert at Gillette Stadium and although the traffic to get to the venue was terrible, this ended up being the perfect location to stay away from the madness of Downtown Boston. It also has on-site parking.

The bed is the standard hard bed you typically get at a Hampton Inn

I really liked the area! There was a mall right across the street and a good Mexican restaurant down the street. I like how close the hotel was to Boston. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was included, and the dining room where the breakfast was served was a nice room.

It would be nice if there was a pool and a hot tub.

I liked that It wasn’t a cookie cutter model like all of the other Hampton Inn’s. I preferred the layout of the entire hotel including the breakfast area and the seating area. I especially liked that there was a restaurant and bar attached to the hotel!

there is no vent in the bathroom and the toilets as well as the toilet seats need to be upgraded to modern adult size.

Breakfast wasn't that good - French toast strips were rock hard, the egg omelet had a strange taste, the hard boiled eggs were peeled and looked rough. Ended up sticking to yogurt (even the fresh fruit didn't look good - bananas were brown & black).

This place is in a remote location, could really go a long way in offering more for guests if they had a pool or on site spa services.

Full breakfast, convenient, price, comfortable room

Needs low water volume toilets ; base of toilet had water stains from an old leak(advised front desk at checkout), elevator exhaust fans needed cleaning along with suspended lattice elevator ceiling

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Great hot breakfast available from 6am to 10am. Free coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby. Good location. Huge parking lot. 30 minutes by car to Boston downtown.

A bit pricey but it worth it.
