I appreciate the customer service I received from the overnight staffer, Ron. He was such a delight and so professional. He really set the tone for my entire stay.

There was a weird smell when I first walked in. I figured the previous guest had a pet in the room so I bought air freshener to help with the smell. The day before checking out I opened the dishwasher and there was green water sitting at the bottom of the dishwasher. Turns out that's where most of the smell was coming from. The water had to be sitting for a long time. Also, a couple of the pillows were musty. I thought it was the pillow case but it was actually the pillow. I'm guessing the property need to purchase new pillows.

The size of the room, the kitchenette, cleanliness, and overall experience while there was wonderful. The outside seating was nice. The location was perfect.

The pool was down for maintenance the whole 4 days we were there and a big reason for booking was it had a pool.

convenient location.

there was people outside the main entrance, high and intoxicated. they smoking and drinking. there was another individual hanging out in his car outside the property and then went upstairs to a room. once he returned he yelled at the front desk to “check the other guests if not he would have to check them”. this all transpired while I waited for linens for the sofa couch that were not in my room.

A) Clock-radio was not properly set B) Television did not have access to Youtube (some other hotel conglomerates do, which makes catching up on news in the middle of the night easier)

Minimal but acceptable breakfast selections

Regular coffee not available first 2 days of stay; hot H2O for tea not the least bit hot but barely warm. no facilities or containers to discard cigarette butts

Everyone was friendly and professional! Attentive and helpful! Barbara was exceptional at check-in! There was a young lady helping with breakfast in the mornings, she was great as well!

Location was excellent! Room was spotless. I liked the fact that this facility is relatively new. It is kept up nicely. EVERY employee of the hotel was professional, courteous, kind and helpful. We were extremely satisfied. The boxed breakfast was nicely put together. The coffee bar was appreciated!

We were totally satisfied. Good value for the money.

Because I have to put something here…Bed comforter was a bit different, and very light given the climate.

Location ...staff...the room was very spacious and open. Bed was excellent. We always try and stay in these hotels where ever we go for thus reason. Thank you again

Missed the breakfast buffet but it was understandable due to covid.
