Homewood Suites Boston Peabody

I arrived on a Wednesday so I had the delicious meal at dinner time. I would have rated my experience as exceptional but my bedroom had no TV. When I asked front desk she said they were back ordered. My "thing" is to watch TV in bed when I stay at hotels. The front desk was unable to grant me a discount because I booked thru a 3rd party.

I loved the layout of the suite. The bedroom is buffered from the inner hallway activity by closets and the large bathroom that occupy that side of the suite. The French doors add another layer of buffer. The staff I encountered was fine and one was handling wedding parties when I arrived. Overall - I rate the staff as pleasant and friendly. That’s everyone I encountered. Eh. I have to agree with another reviewer regarding rush time traffic as an issue. That’s something people should consider if their uncomfortable with heavy traffic times when trying to exit the parking lot. I was fine with it the one instance I encountered. Thanks for the relaxing time! I really liked the accommodations and how quiet it was for my needs. I just had to leave a day early to avoid the tropical system that was coming through.

I was fine with facilities. Like I said above. Traffic might be problematic at times for some.

That it was set up like a studio apartment and had everything we needed. We also liked there was a pool. Clean and smelled very nice! It was a perfect place to wait out the weather...didn't feel like we were in a hotel but in a small cozy apartment and we had everything we needed right there! I would definitely stay here again.

Could have some help being a disabled person with luggage and only one family member to help...alot to get up to room....but over all still one of the better stays we have had recently. Oh and maybe get a hot tub or make a schedule for the pool for the rooms....it was always crowded and we didn't get to use it unfortunately.

Bedding was terrible, felt like a weird curtain on the bed. Bed seemed to sink into the middle Pool broke on the day we told my daughter she could go in, no one’s fault but disappointing

This location exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the extremely professional and welcoming staff members went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable. They provided tour information, hotel amenities and were all around just a pleasure to speak with. Cassie was exceptionally professional and very knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up information if she didn't have all the details at hand. She made our first visit here a pleasure. Would highly recommend this location.

you have to be on a wait list in order to get housecleaning. we stayed 4 days and 5 nights and housekeeping was guaranteed for those who there right after the 4th night. I did ask to have our room clean after our 3rd day but housekeeping did not show up until we were about to check out. that’s the only thing we didn’t like.

Rooms were spacious - a good set-up for 3 adults with lots of luggage, and hide-a-bed was not terrible. Liked the bathroom and lighting. Employees were helpful. I had read many reviews of several nearby options, and was glad we chose Homewood Suites.

Heating/ac is dated and noisy. Wakes you up when it goes on and off, plus ours had one especially loud noise that would come on occasionally - glad to have earplugs. And location is tricky - central but hard to get in and out until you have been there a couple of days. Many wrong turns!

The hotel met or exceeded expectations. Beds were comfortable and the room were quite although the hotel was near a lot of traffic. Apricated the verity of food for the included breakfast.

Only real problem was access to hotel from the highway. Seems like getting to the hotel parking lot was an adventure when approached from any thoroughfare direction.

Super clean hotel and rooms , staff was exceptional. Breakfast was wonderful! Wednesday night they serve free dinner but they didn't tell us, however, I could have missed the note. Pool was so clean and they have a chair so the wheelchair bound can enjoy it too. Only 7 miles from Salem, so much better to stay here, can't say enough about the staff, so wonderful to my granddaughter!

Clean, quiet, and close to many restaurants, fast food, & coffee places (Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, etc). Also has a Walmart and target within 19 minutes of the hotel. 20-30 minutes from Salem & Boston. Friendly & helpful staff!

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, when my fiancé and I woke up every morning we had both slid to the middle of the bed. Seems like it’s time for that mattress to be replaced. Also sucks that house keeping doesn’t come into your room anymore, but understandable.
