Courtyard Boston Woburn/Boston North

We stayed here in October 2020 and loved it so much we came back again. Tyler, I think was his name, had an exceptionally good attitude. He was very kind and friendly and remembered my birthday which is why we were there. Unexpectedly upgraded us to a room with a balcony. It was so nice of him.

The jacuzzi wasn’t full so the top so the water bubbles out and was splashing around. The chlorine smell was very strong. There was a woman working who didn’t seem very happy to be there. She was short and curt. She didn’t smile much and wasn’t very welcoming. Hopefully, she was just having a bad day. I like the hotel and would like to come back again!

I went there becauseb of the closeness of Melrose Wakefield Hospital where I had surgery. It was convenient to stay there and not to drive long distance in trafgic before and after surgery

They advertise hot tub but there is no hut tub . The took it apart and do not plan to reopen. It should not be on the website

The room was super clean and had all facilities we needed and the staff was super friendly and accommodative. For the price, it was really good.

Nothing. Only difference we felt was the breakfast info. Initially it was mentioned that it is a flat rate of $8 but the reception mentioned that it was pay by item.

Breakfast great. Bartender was very friendly. I was going to my room with my food but he was so nice I ate dinner at his bar. Food was very good. He made me very comfortable and super friendly I am over 60 and he took time to talk to me and made my evening enjoyable

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was safe with excellent grab bar. Bed was comfy. Bedding was comfy.

Check in was a little difficult. I wanted early checkin, but they didn’t seem able to accommodate. I was able to get in 30 minutes early only. But there was no extra charge.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The gym and swimming pool were also clean and well equipped.

The coffee shop was only open for breakfast and the restaurant didn’t seem to be open. Also, the jacuzzi was out of order.

My husband and I traveled from southern NJ to visit our new grandson in Stoneham. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and the front desk allowed us an early check in! Our room was clean and comfortable and my WiFi worked immediately. The hotel is located close to the highways and gives easy access to the city without paying city hotel prices.

Unfortunately, the Bistro was closed due to Covid. Also, there was no cleaning in the rooms during our stay. Of course, this is not the fault of the hotel and it is safer for all. No worries, really.

The hotel is beautiful on the inside and the room was immaculate. There is even a personalized message waiting for you in the tv when you enter the room. The front desk staff are really friendly. We stayed in March 2021 and they were allowing guests to book a time slot to use the pool, which a lot of hotels aren’t doing. It’s right off of I-93, so it’s easy to get to. And there is a small park and pond within walking distance with benches and picnic tables. Lastly, they allowed us to do a late checkout (1pm) which was very convenient.

No breakfast, but that’s only because of Covid.

Room was spacious. It was clean. Having a fridge is great. Separate space for bathroom sink-mirror. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking

No coffee in the lobby. No free breakfast. I guess I knew about the breakfast prior but not the lack of coffeee. Glad I brought my kurig just in case

Staff was very accommodating of our request for a ground-floor handicapped accessible room that was available early. Room and bathroom very clean and well appointed; very comfortable bed; good lighting.

Handicapped accessible bathroom needs to have better non-skid coating on tub and a safety grab bar along the long wall and not just to enter the tub. Carpets in hallway are stained and need to be replaced.
