Hampton Inn Boston Woburn

The room was spacious for 2 people and had 2 Queen sized beds. We didn’t use the pool or gym but they were added bonuses. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel changed up the offered menu items every day so we didn’t get bored with the same food for the 3 mornings we ate there. There were 2 restaurants (Chick Fil-A and 110 Grill) pretty much on the property that were both quite good. The bathroom kit of Shampoo, Conditioner, Soaps and Body Lotion were of good quality. The in-room safe, Coffeemaker, small fridge and microwave were a pleasant surprise and came in handy. The bed linens and towels were of very good quality as well. We enjoyed our 3 day weekend stay very much. There were lots of power outlets to recharge all of our devices. The black out curtain did an excellent job keeping our room dark. The bathroom was very spacious and there were very convenient hooks on the walls both in the bathroom and in the hallway which most hotels fail to provide. Note that there was no bathtub, however the shower stall was spacious with a wall mounted shower head as well as a hand held one, plus an optional foldable shower stool.

A better quality hairdryer would be appreciated.

Quiet, away from highways. Very comfortable bed, wonderful shower, separate blackout and privacy blinds. Nearby elevator was quiet. Good choices at breakfast for GF diet (several kinds of fruit, yogurt, nuts, eggs); hot and cold buffet.

Cereal not labeled if Gluten Free; one that looked like Cheerios was in a dispenser labeled with a different name so not sure whether it was GF or not. (I could have asked but had enough to eat without it.) Room view was of a roof. A long way from the train station if you don't have a car.

I liked how well lit it was, there was a lot of space inside the room, along with the rest of the hotel, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I was also fond of the fact that they gave us rooms that had a door in between them. The pool was nice and there was a shower as well. I think their water was salt water. The breakfast was good, and I liked how there was a good variety of food to choose from. This was very important to me, as some people in our group had dietary restrictions, and I wanted to ensure that everyone in the group had a substantial breakfast.

I don’t like how early the pool closed (10 PM).

From the moment we walked in we felt very welcome. The staff was friendly and engaging. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed. Very easy access to the interstate without the noise of sitting right on it.

Very small thing but would have liked to have some sort of nightlight feature in the bathroom. Us older folks who may visit the facilities in the overnight would appreciate not going from a blissfully dark room to full bright just to avoid 'misadventure'. :)

Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in three different rooms over the three week period (due to room availability and other travel plans of mine). The rooms were comfortable and clean, although one had a few minor issues. Towels are fluffy, pillows are abundant and super comfortable. Blackout shades make the room pitch black for sound sleeping. The location is perfect for me visiting family.

In the last room I stayed in, there were several minor things that could have been better. 1. There was a weird/gross-looking mark on the wall that should have been cleaned 2. The room had no alarm clock 3. The paint on the wood around the AC unit was peeling and possibly slightly moldy 4. The big chair in the room had stains and seemed dirty 5. The shower doors did not stay shut properly and the floor ended up getting wet after running a shower. These issues only existed in one of the three rooms I happened to stay in. Seems like staff needs to inspect the rooms more closely to keep them from just getting shabby.

Fabulous breakfast!! complete!! comfortable bed, great shower, new or renovated construction, I thought it was modern and beautiful. Everything clean and organized, friendly and polite staff! Great gym and has a water cooler in it! that's great!! Because some hotels have a gym and don't provide a water fountain, then you have to buy it from the machine, I think this is unfair, for the price we paid for the stay, the minimum was to have water in the gym and this hotel has it and I thought it was fabulous!! Congratulations

I liked everything

The rooms were nice and large, and it was convenient that they always had a luggage cart available for easily moving stuff in and out. However, each room only had one chair so if you wanted to eat something in your room with another person they'd either have to stand or sit on the bed. The staff were accommodating and didn't charge extra for stuff like extra pillows or extra key cards. It was a pretty good visit overall, I'd stay again if I was in the area.

The beds were overall comfortable, although the sheets weren't as pristine or as thoroughly cleaned as I'd hoped. The breakfast was hot, although somewhat lacking in variety. For hot options they had eggs (omelettes or scrambled eggs), sausage (turkey sausage or pork sausage patties) and hash browns or french toast. The cold options were your usual bread, muffins, yogurt, fruit, etc.

The pool was small but clean. The work out room was useful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful in fixing a small issue with our room at check in (breaker had popped in our room prior to our arrival. It was fixed immediately.). The shower in our room was very spacious. Check out was simple.

The beds were very hard and the pillows were very flat. My husband could not get comfortable with the mattress and was happy that he brought his own pillow because the ones provided were awful. It took 3 of them for me to get comfortable on my side.

This place is a hidden Gem ! It surpassed my expectations. It's well worth the money and feels like it is at least 3 star hotel. The location is convienient. There is a Chick-fil-A right across the hotel. The parking lot is spacious. Most importantly, the hotel is super clean, quiet, and extremely comfy. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. My husband loved the bathroom with high tech/sensor flushing system in the lobby area. We stayed there for 3 days and wished to stay longer. We didnt have time to use the pool and gym, so can't say much about that. Breakfast is good, a little bit less diversified, but hey we shouldnt be too greedy, right. Overall we loved it. We will definitely return.

The breakfast was beyond our expectations with a variety of choices that would have fueled anyone for a day on the go. My children are totally delighted and the coffee was hot! :-) The beds were so cozy and the linens were divine. With the darkened blinds, we had a difficult time getting out of bed. Delightful.

The the shower had some remnants from the last guest when we arrived, and the lighting was very poor despite the numerous lamps. The sink is placed so close to the mirror that it's hard for little ones to access it.
