Very clean accommodation. Friendly staff. Great location. Reasonably priced. Swimming Pool is a great feature and the rooms are sound-proof. The grounds and parking lots are safe and secured. Conveniently located beside a awesome Sports Bar, gas stations, liquor store, restaurants, etc. Short distances to main attractions and points of interest. Melissa (Front Desk Attendant) is very friendly, kind and professional. Ana (Cleaning Staff) is also very friendly and pleasant. She will keep your room very clean. I will definitely return and RECOMMEND this hotel.

Definitely dated decor,butI didn't come to take pictures I came to sleep for a night or two hallways and they're wit disabled Walker like myself navigate inside the door that constantly trying to close on me while I'm trying to insert myself and my hemi Walker into the room it was quite aggravating and my neighbors heard the extent of my limited cursing vocabulary. The other thing I noted was that the hallways were slanted randomly as typical of a flat pour concretefoundation of a building this size changes in slope in the hallways or challenging him with my equipment contact s could be challenging for others with any kind of walking disability. Myself Lack of outside seating for the disgraced smokers includingmyself going outside to have their butts smoking rooms are at an understandable up charge and quite popular and they go quick.

Service was very good. Room was clean. Location was very good for what I needed to do. AC was a little noisy but not too bad.

A little updating. Safety latch on door could have been a little more secure. Maid service notification button not working.

Easy check in and very nice staff. I felt safe in general there. No major issues and check out was easy. I like they had a pool on site even if I didn’t have a chance to use it.

The rooms were clean but slightly outdated. Continental breakfast consisted of sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, a few frosted donut holes and tea and coffee. I thought I was paying for a few more options than that when it said breakfast included.

The staff was amazing they were very kind the maids are incredibly hard-working they don’t get enough credit they are constantly trying to keep it clean keep it updated they put new curtains in my room while I was there my dogs were welcomed with open arms the pool was beautiful it was all around an amazing stay and I’m staying there for two weeks with my family. Excellent location just off the exit with a sports bar, gas station & liquor store in close proximity. Very clean comfortable bed & pillows. Friendly accommodating staff. Less than 10 minutes from the Narrows in Fall River.

There’s absolutely nothing to dislike here.

We were able to get switched to a different room easily (because if the screaming brat next door). Our new room was super quiet. The pool was nice too.

No phone in the room and the towels were small and rough.

It was nice my kids enjoyed the pooli

We didn't get a room with two queen size beds they were two full size beds and the pillows weren't very comfortable if I go there next time I will bring my own pillows

Beautiful view the jetted bath was lovely but could have been cleaned better and some of the tub was pealing off. Loved the plat area for the kids and the pool was very big and warm. The employees was all very nice and helpful.

The sheets was very old smelled like cigarettes so did the room . The room didn’t seem like it was cleaned right the clock was su dusty n dirt so we’re the mirrors in every room but beside that everything was very pleasant we had a great time either way

Comfortable bed, a nice soft sheets. Bathroom clean and kept up with the new towels and lotions, shampoo
