Liked everything especially breakfast Quiet too Upon getting in our room toilet seat was broken We made staff aware Said we could change rooms but we already had our things unpacked So staff said they would send someone up to fix it No one ever did

the room was huge, with a fireplace. the bed was comfortable
someone in an adjacent room was smoking. it drifted into our room. I called the desk and reported it as the hotel is non-smoking. Also, because we arrived after dark, we had difficulty finding the correct entrance as there is not the typical portico.

Our stay at the residence Inn was shocking, especially with the breakfast. It’s a full breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 and they had a little bit of everything to choose from.
The temperature in the pool was very cold. The prices should go down by the amount of stays

Great location, close to Mall, restaurants etc.... The Breakfast with Covid restrictions was still a decent selection if you are on the run, plus the staff was so friendly especially Nellie and Monica, thanks for a great stay, we sold one home and needed a place to stay for 4 nights until we moved into the new house, it worked out perfectly. Thanks for working around our moving schedule it was very much appreciated.
There was no oven just a stove top in 1 Bedroom suite, so we did take out every night.

Being on the second floor found the people on the third floor to be very noisy with jumping and more into late hours, like 3 in the morning.

FLUFFY PILLOWS!! I enjoy walking in, falling back on the bed, turning on the TV, and seeing my name as well. The full size kitchen is a super plus as well.
The pool was closed the last few times I stayed. I enjoy swimming to relax and was bummed to hear that it was broken. Would it be possible to add more protein options for breakfast?
