Check in process was great. The room was super clean and well insulated. The property's location is amazing. The price was a little high for the season and what you actually get. Person who checked us out was rude and not very accommodating.

I wish the staff was more customer-friendly.

It is right on the Nantucket Sound, it was adorable, it has its own beach and there are paddle boards and kayaks you can use at No coast. The location is right between Harwich Port and Chatham so there are great shopping and eating choices very close by.

I thought everything was great. I would just say be aware that it is a little rustic- beachy is my word for it. The room is petite and there is a nice little fridge, everything is white and bright, the bed was comfy with nice soft bedding and it was clean, but if you are looking for luxury this isn’t the place for you.It is exactly what we like and wanted- Iwould take the view of the water and access to the beach at a great price any day over something more “fancy”.

I come to the Cape to be near the water and Chatham Tides is directly on the waterfront. The sound of the waves can put anyone to sleep and the bed is so comfortable I hated to get up. The staff was super nice and helpful to me, a handicapped guest, and I hope to be so fortunate to return next summer.

I was not offered breakfast-in-bed. Chatham doesn't have a good communications system so my I phone was not always working perfectly.

The location is the ticket here...right on the beach, literally! We came for a one-night getaway, my husband and I. The welcome by the staff at reception was a bit off...we seemed to have taken them by surprise, and the host was not exactly welcoming, but he seemed to have recovered his good humor the next morning. It was overpriced; however, and for that reason, we would not stay there again. The walls were paper- thin, which impeded privacy. Otherwise, the rooms were basic, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It ought to be lower-priced for what it is , but being Chatham, and on the beach they probably have no trouble filling the rooms.

Better staff, friendlier service, and much lower cost! Walls need to be sound-proofed.

Our room was just perfect - with a patio on the beach - just so beautiful! The location was perfect! Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly - we will definitely be back. We were happy to have found this gem! The hotel is in a pretty quiet neighborhood so you do need to drive to Chatham or harwich for dinner (both are close). We did the bike path both days - the entrance to the path is about a mile away so very convenient - went downtown Chatham one day and harwich the next. Next time we will explore farther south on the trail.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the size of the shower - it was pretty small.

You could not stay any closer to the water. It is simply picturesque! The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It had a stove and all the necessary utensils, pots and pans for minimal cooking. I would recommend this to anybody

The bathroom and kitchenette are a little tight. This can be overlooked considering the price in comparison to other hotels in the area. Also, I believe there are other rooms that are bigger. It’s hard to complain as everything was so impeccable and the room is about a hundred feet off the water. The view doesn’t get any better!

The cottage was quaint and clean and the location just steps from the ocean was awesome!

Its not a true hotel so dont expect the hotel-type amenities, but the tradeoff for the location/view was worth it. The walls are fairly thin so you can hear the shower, etc from next door.

The hotel was super cute - great location - in a quiet residential area. Loved sitting in the adirondack chairs at the beach for the sunset.

The room although very cute and beachy could have used a few upgrades in the kitchen area.

All employees were helpful and friendly. Rooms were kept immaculately clean. Great to be able to go right to the ocean.

If anything, there are no restaurants in the immediate area, but you can find good local restaurants a short distance away.

A private compound away from major roads and on the ocean. The compound is a lovely, small community of a few buildings which are very Cape Cod. On the ocean beach is within a few steps from the rooms. Lovely.
