location, friendly staff

elevator wait in general! Poor staff had yo wait up to a half hr waiting for elevator since they could not ride with customers!

Great location! Very comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Great hotel staff (especially Darianna and Omar). When our rooms were ignored by housekeeping for two days, Darianna and Omar at the front desk gave us fresh towels and got our very full wastebaskets emptied

Housekeeping was disappointing. When I checked in, I was told housekeeping would empty our wastebaskets and leave fresh towels every other day, which is reasonable. Problem was, our rooms weren’t touched for 3 days and our wastebaskets were overflowing and we needed fresh towels.

Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Cleanliness was good throughout. Range of options at breakfast.

Breakfast was only from 7am to 9am. Would prefer this was extended to 10am during the week as well as weekend. Very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed which was one of my main factors for staying at the Fairfield Inn. This really should be open for start of June at least. Quiet location -not ideal for non drivers.

It was comfortable and the staff was nice. I also like the option of breakfast. I like the option of the pool

We had to hold the toliet handle till it flushed. I wish there was a nightstand on both sides of bed.

The staff was great. Also, I liked that I was able to wash my clothes.

Everything was great, except for the breakfast that was yogurt, muffin and a bottle of water every single day.

Cisco was having a strike. Nevertheless the staff stepped up and did the best they could.

The refrigerator in my room froze my food, and it was not obvious how to adjust it.

People who work there were very nice, always help. The hotel was clean. Room had new couch and mattress. Sheet and towels were clean. Breakfast was very good. Very hardworking people but always nice to you.

I love breakfast it’s very clean they are very friendly and the room very nice I will always love to go there they have a nice pool , I will always look for them

iOS doesn’t have anything that I don’t like

Location is perfect, being right off the highway and about half way to our destination. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good, considering the times.

Despite Covid, I miss having small plastic cups by the sink, it’s a little thing, but it goes a long way. Also, for rooms with two people a few more towels would be nice, but the front desk has always been very accommodating, so again this isn’t a deal breaker.

Location was good for us. We made it to Boston in 45 minutes from there. Breakfast was a nice touch and liked the idea of 24/7 Coffee. Nice Shower instead of that tub you usually see.

Room was a little small but nice.
