Courtyard by Marriott Boston Billerica Bedford

This hotel was clean, economical, and well-sized. The beds were comfortable, and having a small fridge was nice. Great location just outside Boston. Easy to get to Salem, Plymouth and the city as well as a good stopping point on the way to Acadia. Nice little indoor pool as well.

We got a last-minute stay here, knocking the price down to our desired price range, and thought it was just fine. Not a true luxury place by any stretch, but well above average. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful. It's safe and quiet, being somewhat remote from commercial strips (I suspect it's mostly used for businesspeople coming to conferences) but as there's a reasonably priced and spacious bistro-style restaurant off the lobby, which even has individual TVs in booths, you don't really need to be near the Applebees and McDonalds on a state highway. (The lunch or dinner menu was reasonable; the breakfast seemed quite pricy, so we went to a local diner for that.) On the whole, a fine experience.

Loud neighbors but that’s not the hotels fault

I honestly enjoyed my stay at courtyard! Hotel lobby is insane. My wife and I had another amazing clean room. King salad bed with sofa. Bathroom was really clean. Couldn’t complain about nothing. I wish was a bigger fridge though but it’s okay. Beggars can’t be choosers.

The little convenient store they had. Just need better option of drinks and the prices of the drinks are kinda outrageous. $4 for a Gatorade.. I’ll remind myself just to bring extra drinks

When I first arrived to check in I already kind of knew it would be a very nice experience. (I hope it’s ok to name names.) Jared checked us in and he was so friendly and helpful and it went very quickly he was just the best and when we saw him again walking by he said hello again. All the staff was very nice. Also I just loved my room it was fantastic and we had some trees by the window which I like. I could go on but basically we just had a great time.

Did not get the breakfast. Had to be at work so there was no time.

I was quoted a certain price, but when I saw my bank account, I saw a higher price charged to my card. When I questioned the staff, I was told an added cost for “incidentals” was added to my card. I was reassured that whatever “incidental”money went unused, it would be put back to my credit card. I am still waiting for that unused portion to go back to my card.

Rooms decent and bed comfortable.

The breakfast disppointing. Literally a bunch of bananas, yoghurt, coffee. That's it. I don't call it a breakfast- just a couple of snacks left out. Would be great for them to publish that their restaurant is closed, and don't advertise a 'breakfast' included.

Parking, location was very good

The front staff were just ok..not overly friendly, with the exception of the lady at front desk the evening of our stay.
