La Quinta by Wyndham Boston-Andover

The room was more than adequate with a refrigerator and microwave. The TV was Netflix ready in the room, just put your password in and watch your favorites. Pool and daily breakfast, were awesome extras. Location was excellent for us being right near the highway exit and entrance with Dunkin Donuts/ Gas station right by it and a Chili's and Italian Restaurant next door.

Our thermostat was not fully functioning and their elevator could use an update but these were very minor annoyances and wouldnt stop me from stating there again

Our kids loved the pool and the gym was nice. The AC worked very well and our room was clean. The breakfast was decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We hoped to have 2/3 of our rooms booked closer together.. We had 3 rooms on different floors/directions of the hotel, but other than that, it wasn’t terrible.

I love it because staff is very up-to-date with everything. But at the kitchen, sometimes the sausages are cold. And they don't have peanut butter like they like they Use to need to bring some and LaQuinta need to bring Coffee creamers. I seen at the other hotel in New Hampshire La Quinta. They got coffee creamers, hazelnut and French vanilla. I believe you guys can bring some a lot of people there is always saying they need to bring some creamers because I'm always there. Most of the time in the weekends, I'm well known. I love it there,and my grandkids also love it well some of the rooms need to put more comfortable bed Mattress but I love the king's there very comfortable.and need to make sure that in the rooms were you could bring the dogs that the floors are cleaner cause I had to clean them just saying Also, this is one of the things I did not like not too long ago I stayed at La Quinta and steph told my daughter-in-law where I was which I did not want her to know where I was and that's something I did not like. I thought it was confidenreality at all Times she came knocking at the door like she wanted to break it. That was scary she was looking for my son.I didn't want her to know it got me very angry 😤 and I told him and he Apologize, but it could have been worse. That's something you need to put it on point with staff. Thank you

I love staff because staff is always friendly, the girls that are clean, they're always friendly, and especially the gentleman that always throws out the garbage, hes super super friendly and always helpful as well. I'm handicapped he sees that I am in need of help any help. So that's why I keep coming to the La Quinta, they're the best.

We had 2 rooms (8 people,ranging in age from 3 to 60) we came in late because we had been at an amusement park all day. We were tired and felt unorganized. The woman at the front desk was so personable. She made us feel right at home. She made sure we understood completely what size rooms we had, so we sent the appropriate people to the correct room. 1 room had a pull out bed in the couch, she knew it hadn't been pulled out yet and would need blankets and pillows. So she immediately went for the items and brought them to us. I feel bad I didn't get her name. But she was wonderful! We didn't use the pool but it looked really nice. We would have used it had we stayed a little longer or checked in a little earlier. Very convenient that it is located right off the highway. Easy to find. Easy to get back on the road in the morning after a good night sleep.

The hotel was clean and they were able to put us all on one floor. Rooms were clean and renovated. The staff was friendly, they helped us a lot. We needed to use their breakfast place for one of our dinners and they allow us. We had our own breakfast space and we didn’t had to interfere with other guests. For groups they have second room to eat breakfast.

There were few things that I didn’t like. The ice machine close to our side was not working and the only one working was on the other side of the hotel.

We booked our stay from a travel site, and thought we were getting a suit for four people. (2 adults and 2 children), but when we got there it was one room with a king bed. The hotel was completely booked, so the manager fixed it. I believe he switched rooms with a couple that was traveling without children. He really stepped it up to make our weekend great! The rooms were very clean and roomy. We will definitely stay there again!

However I did not like that the pool closed so early because rhe reason I got the hotel was because I was getting married on the 2nd day i was therr so the first night my son stayed there but becayae the rehearsal ended a little later they couldnt swim in the pool because they close very early should be open later an we asked for a little room clean the second day an they told us no I've never had that happen before an we asked for an extra pillow we were told no thought that was weird a little better customer service would of been appreciated but over all pretty decent stay

I am from Quebec Canada decide to go New Hampshire for the beaches first outing since forever hoping for a good experience,I chose your Hotel because of the price hoping for something good.What I got was unbelievable I have visited hundreds of hotels in my life ,but your hotels cleanliness,service,and not to mention breakfast is the BEST hotel ever.Well worth it I am seriously thinking of making it a annual experience.Thank you LaQuinta for everything I will be back.

The only thing I could say that I do not like is that there are not enough of your hotels everywhere, you truely set the bar high.thank you again and again. Merci

Breakfast- Awesome! Room- walls were thin? Could hear conversations in the hall and adjoining rooms! Clean - yes! satisfactorily so! Pool- please extend hours! We were volunteers for Lowell Folk Festival, all three days, long days. every time we got back to the hotel, the pool was closed :( :( :( Didn't get to use.

Toiletries were not eco friendly. Plants were plastics, which is too bad! So many beautiful windows and real, live plants would really make the place more inviting! Have apples or other fresh fruits on the front desk, does not cost much but shows a more welcoming air!

Employees were almost rude (Front desk, breakfast ladies particularly). The hallway carpet was extremely dirty. The pool was too cold. The gym was freezing cold. The hours for breakfast were too short. A lot of big families had to rush their breakfast as there were insufficient space for breakfast. 2 hours that was ridiculous! Also the designated area for smoker was inappropriately located right by the entrance. it would have been nice to offer coffee, tea, chocolate all day long in the lobby like other Hotel Chain do. .
