Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Andover

Clean and quiet. Close proximity to the highway and great restaurants. The free breakfast offered a nice variety and the breakfast attendant, Sima, was an absolute delight! Absolutely loved her! She deserves a raise and a hug :) Seriously though…she really was the highlight of our mornings.

The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped. A little too firm for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference.

Great location, easy access to the highway but quiet location. The breakfast was very good but the staff member who ran it was just delightful. She greeted everyone with a hearty good morning and made sure everything was well stocked. Room was large and clean, full size fridge.

My only negative was that a large bag of garbage, not sure if someone dumped it outside of their room or cleaning staff left it, outside my door late afternoon until the next morning

Check in and out were efficient and the rooms are perfectly setup.

The bathroom had a few stray hairs when we arrived. The person manning the breakfast wasn't as cheery as previously (we have stayed a few times). We didn't feel comfortable asking questions, like was there peanut butter available for the toast. She seemed to be in a hurry and too busy to help, so we didnt want to interrupt.

The room was wonderful.

The closet was clearly not a priority for cleaning, hangers on the floor, and someone's hair was stuck as if caught on hinges, and just not vacuumed at all. The room, kitchenette, and bath were all very tidy, just that closet.

When I stayed at the hotel, it was summer so I was looking forward to swimming in the hotel pool with my grandchildren. The pool was dirty & obviously hadn’t been cleaned by the staff. Very disappointed with this situation.

Location was key for us. Kitchen was a must . Bed was very comfortable and clean.

Staff was almost impossible to find at the front desk. Upon check in the front desk clerk was amazing but after that , did not see another employee once. The “COVID” breakfast was awful. I was so disappointed with that. My reservations were also messed up as I had reserved 2 nights but they had me down for only one. Thankfully I happened to notice it on my key tag or I wouldn’t have had a room for night #2.

Friendly staff. Free hot breakfast. Clean rooms. Love the kitchenettes in the rooms. Comfortable beds. Chose this place after comparing hotels in the area and so glad I did! Highly recommend.

My family is vegan, and there were no options with the free breakfast for us. Some non dairy milk and creamer would have been greatly appreciated

lack of kitchen utensils; bedspread was old, uncomfortable; breakfast buffet needs improvement- there were no plates and juice and no effort to replenish was made

I booked it an hour away from the track because it said it had a pool I was pissed when I saw it was closed I payed extra for this hotel just fir a pool
