Breakfast was good, nice options on what to eat. Clean area and ladies there readily to help. Room clean and fresh didn’t have to ask for housekeeping came and changed towels and wash cloths daily. Pool very clean and bright. Everyone we met helpful and seemed to like their job.

Unfortunately our second night room above us very loud jumping, running taking shower constant running water. Put on footwear that made hard sound. Tolerated until 3:15 am about an hour. Called downstairs Betty said they would check it out and have them stop. Seems they did just that and then I tried getting back into a restful sleep. Peoples behavior was stopped by your associate appreciated readily responding but sleep night ruined.

Friendliness of the staff comfortable beds nice rooms good breakfast grandkids enjoyed the pool every nightwe were there it was quiet we didn't hear noise from other rooms or guests close to stores and restaurants

Could have used more wash rags and towels but we asked for more and they were happy to give them to us

The greeter, she was so nice and helpful when she checked us in. The bed was soooo comfortable. Appreciated the complimentary water offered even though we didn’t take one. Nice gesture.

Extra towel set. If you use the set the day of check in, we need a fresh set the next morning. The front desk was great about supplying them.

It was very comfortable.

That I was charged twice for the room...first amount was what was quoted on app but second amount the hotel had no clue what amount was for and they didn't charge my card.

Excellent facilities and the staff were very accommodating. Rooms are a nice size, very comfortable beds, and it was quiet! They offered free bottled water, which was a nice touch.

The only negative was the breakfast, which was nonexistent for a couple days. I don't expect much per Covid, but they were out of everything. When they got their delivery, it was well-stocked.

It was clean and the staff was amazing very professional..

Our sink was stopped up and some of the floor tiles as you walk in the room were coming up off floor around the wall the light fixture was out as you walk into the room 216.

The staff. We came in and asked for a bereavement rate as we were there due to the passing of my mother. The desk person immediately gave us the rate and extended condolences. The staff has been very helpfully outstanding.

The sheets don’t fit the mattress and stay on. Of course covid has affected things like daily room cleaning during our extended stay. That being said the staff have very helpful with extra towels, bagged breakfast and extra trash bags.

Property was clean and well maintained

stayed for a week and the pool was down staff explained what happened . it was just something we looked forward too

I love the price and space. Clean and kids had great time. I will go again. Also recommend to family. Booking did good.

Only one thing, was the restroom vent didn't work. Besides, pretty nice and had good time.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! My wife left her computer in room and we were notified immediately greatly appreciated!
