The room was very spacious and had a nice layout. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING a lot of options and very tasty food. I especially loved the waffles with fresh blueberries and strawberries on top. It was not noisy like most people complained about. Definitely one of the nicest hotels ive found for a good price.

The ac as usual blew directly on the window side of the bed and made that one spot very cold in order to keep the rest of the room cool. The tv was in a strange spot, you could pull it out and turn it but then from the second bed you couldn't see a quarter of it.

I loved the friendly staff, modern look, cleanliness, location, and free breakfast (breakfast attendant Tiffany was exceptional as she made the oatmeal not watery.)

All of the rooms literally had a huge gap at the bottom of the door so much so light showed through. You could hear people in their rooms in the hallway. Poor framing work for sure. Also the pool was tiny tiny and only went up to 4 feet. For not even having a hot tub I’d expect a bigger, nicer pool!

My husband and I agree that this is one of the best breakfasts we have ever had at a hotel! The selection was phenomenal, and the area was clean. There were oatmeal and waffle stations with phenomenal topping choices, water with or without lemon, apple and orange juice, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, 2 types of sausage, and so much more.

One recommendation I have are to lengthen the breakfast (it is open only from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m.). The other is only because I am sensitive to light when sleeping. We had a king bedroom, and the bathroom door had a pane in it that allowed light to shine through right in front of the bed. This is is NO WAY a deal breaker, but it's the only reason I didn't rate them a 10. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We both noticed how helpful and friendly the staff was. This makes so much of a difference to the enjoyment of the stay. the room was very clean, with one panel under the sink broken. The staff took care of that and we were well taken care of. The breakfast bar was well staffed and filled. parking is well lit and safe. thumbs up!

Front staff was wonderful; professional and friendly. Room was a great size. Included breakfast was choice friendly for everyone in our group.

Room layout was a bit strange. One of the beds is directly against the air conditioning . So you either had to sleep at one temperature all night or someone who was keeping against the unit would freeze the whole night.

Very modern, new facilities. Liked the bathroom.

Wish we would have had some sort of table in our room so we could play cards The pool is TINY! My teenage daughter really wanted to go in but there were several little kids in there already with a ridiculous amount of pool toys so the adults in our party definitely did not want to go in with her.

Location is good , but breakfast has very limited option can be more filling if Vegan or veg items are included

the property is fabulous; breakfast was not good (all pre-wrapped items) cereal or hot oatmeal.

they were vacuuming the hall outside our room at 9am on Saturday morning. (I wouldn’t even do that at my home) the bedside alarm clock went off at 6am. breakfast-all packaged items, cereal or hot oatmeal. the pool was very small. my daughter asked if it was the hot tub.

The location was so close to MSU campus and restaurants! The hotel was so clean and the room size was so spacious! I would stay every time I come visit MSU campus. The staff was so friendly and always available to help!

No issues for us! Keep doing all your are doing!

Was there for MSU basketball game - hotel is walking distance (15 minutes) to Breslin Center and Spartan Stadium. Very good accommodations for the price and saved on parking fees.

Hotel is not walking distance to restaurants and night life along Grand River.
