Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lansing, MI

Breakfast was awesome! The GSA who allowed us a room move was very guest friendly and was able to rectify the issue we were experiencing in our first assigned room promptly. The 2nd room we were assigned was fantastic!

The first room we were assigned had an odor, and the refrigerator was unplugged (I assume to thaw), which made it unusable during our short visit. This was handled ;) Upon departing I went to retrieve the cash deposit and was told that an error had occured and that I would have to pay( MC was inserted and a signature was given on pin pad. That amount was deducted from my account for payment of rm/tx. Cash of $100 was given for deposit in in order to check in.) Ultimately this was resolved...

Front desk staff accommodated a room switch for me right after check-in. I was on the front side of the building facing the parking lot. There was a lot of noise from the lot. Staff allowed me to take a room on the back side of the building with no hesitation. It was much more quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfasts were very, very good. Location was close to major highways and restaurants.

Wi-Fi signal was spotty, at best. Just the one small complaint.

Close by family's house and other needed stores. Excellent location! Use of the computer was good. A little slow, but work I needed to get done I was able to accomplish.

WIFI in my room was the worst for a day or two. However, hotel staff put me in touch with IT that eventually fixed the problem on their end. The sofa bed my son slept on was terrible, very uncomfortable.

room was large and clean. housekeeping on request kept interruptions to minimum. pool was a nice surprise and thankfully not heated. Breakfast provided a lot of options. Front desk and late night cleaning staff were very helpful

TVs in room are old. Missing remote on 2nd TV in living area of room.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Polite. Friendly. Customer service oriented!!!

The pool was disgusting. Very murky. Not sure how it could have passed chemical tests. This hotel focuses on little things & making them nice. Don't overlook the pool. HEAT the pool & get that water clear!!! Also, the mattresses in our room were broken down. Time to start investing in replacing them.

I liked their in-room coffee and coffeemaker; it was a single cup drip not a quick brew and the flavor was great. At breakfast setup they had non-dairy liquid creamer in original flavor, which is what I use. I get stuck with vanilla everywhere else and it's too sweet.

Breakfast was not available until 7am on weekends, so we were gone before it opened. This was a bummer because I didn't pack breakfasts for the kids so they had to play their 8am (7am arrival) games on a bag of chips. Also, the room felt damp. It smelled fine but the air circulation was just so low that we felt sticky the whole time, even with temp set at 70*.

The staff was really sweet and helpful. Wasn’t really impressed with the $150 a day deposit they require on the weekend. So if you stay the whole weekend it’s $300.

The pool was gross. The water itself felt slimy and there was stuff in the bottom of the pool. Plus the water was super cloudy. Choose not to swim and went back to our room. Breakfast was a joke, their work out room was a treadmill and a bike. That is it! Also their fb in their room had maybe five channels. Wasn’t worth the month we spent to stay. The staff was lovely though.

Didn't have breakfast, the kids enjoyed the pool clean, quiet very quaint and cute. And right off the freeway. Price was definitely right staff was really nice an accommodating.

There was only one trash can in the whole room the air conditioner didn't work as well as I would have hoped if I turned it down and got hot if I turned it up and got too cold so it could be better. The tub needs to be reglazed. Maintenance needs to come and check door knobs door knob fell off bathroom door. It could use some improvement but all in all it was comfortable.

We stayed in a queen suite and there was plenty of space. It was very nice having a separate living area. There were the typical hotel breakfast options, but they were plentiful. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean.

We were hoping to use the pull out couch, but it was very broken down.

Price was great. It appears to be an older location but is still in good shape and was clean! Had waffles available for breakfast. That and coffee were the only hot things but that was just fine. Staff was very nice and friendly.

No USB plugs. Room could have had better lighting and nicer towels.
