Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Farmington

I really liked the cleanliness of this hotel. From the outside to the inside. This is the most important part for me. When I walked into the room you could smell the cleanliness. I didn’t use the indoor pool but I did look at it and it was very clean.

I didn’t like the $40 hold they put on my credit card. I understand what it is for but they have my card # they don’t need to put a hold on it. They said it would credit when I checked out and that hasn’t not happened yet.

Comfortable room. Fairly quiet and very convenient location. The desk chair was super comfortable! There was good lighting, and the beds were comfy, but squeaky.

The rooms were not cleaned carefully. There was trash (gum wrappers) under the easy chair hassock, and the trash bin had bottles and trash in it. The night light did not work (nor was it replaced, as we requested). The deadbolt did not work, and was not repaired, as we requested. In the second room, the shower was not clean.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and close to where we needed to be. The staff was so helpful, kind, and understanding. It was nice to have a coffee bar downstairs especially when you have kids who wake up extra early.

The bed and pillows weren’t too comfy for my me but everyone has their own preferences.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the enthusiasm they showed, the willingness to help,also the room was very clean and inviting. Location was very important and the Hotel was in a very convenient location for us

The room decor was very nice! The bathroom is very modern!

Different guests kept trying to access the room. The front desk were not aware my family and I occupied the room until they called looking for another guest.

I like the whole experience and this was my first time here And it was one person working the front desk answering calls and helping people in line She did a very good job moving in a timely matter and professional about it

I really couldn’t say besides y’all should’ve had two people working the front desk It’s Valentines weekend That’s the only thing I can say I didn’t like but it really wasn’t a big deal because the lady working the desk was moving swiftly in a timely matter

I would have thought there would be breakfast included as that is how it was the last time I stayed there. Disappointed to find out it is not included, plus you had to wait for the desk clerk to get to the breakfast bar to wait on you. Not all that convenient and the choices were very limited. Also think its time to move forward and restore housekeeping services.

Location was great Front desk person on Friday and Saturday afternoon/Eve was wonderful. Clean, very clean. Good coffee in the AM. Comfy king bed. Big walk in shower.

Only one bar of soap in bath to start. We easily got another for the stay however.

Short staffed, room wasn’t ready on time, no room service or deliver service within hotel and no breakfast included

Nice location, very nice staff, and very helpful. Every thing you need available, We spent wonderful 6 days⁰⁰

They do not clean the room every day, and you have to put the trash out side the room so the will empty it
