the stay was great and the property was clean. check in she had me to swipe my card three times for the incidentals and I had already paid online through THIER website to look the price in. They ended up charging my card 3x and I only stayed there for two nights. manager was rude to me when I thought about extending our stay. we checked out right away after the conversation with her. I felt like I was having a with my mom the way she talked to me as if I was going to run away and not pay my hotel bill. By them running my business card 3x it froze my card because my bank thought it was fraud. Then got upset when it was declining when they were the cause of it getting locked. As nice as the property was I will NOT be back. Porcha the night staff was very nice and helpful where she could be However.

The morning Manager. It’s a way to talk to speak to people especially in a professional manner when you work in the type of industry she is working in. Deliver a message in the way you want the person to receive it.

I absolutely love coming here. The room I always get is just perfect and very accommodating. I love all of the kitchen amenities and the fact that we have plates and silverware and real cups. It's just amazing. I mini vacation here now often.

Really my only complaint is the televisions. The TV's are very outdated. It would be nice to be able to stream my movies from my prime or Netflix. Or even be able to cast those things to the television. They aren't smart tv's. That's the only downside to staying here.

clean and comfortable, no problems at all. Staff generally pleasant. Bed and shower fine. The place seemed new and clean and everything worked. Quiet and comfortable, restaurants nearby. It was nice having a dishwasher and real dishes.

Location had a really weird traffic flow around incredibly complicated intersection with a traffic circle, so it was a little hard to get out unless you were headed in one specific direction. Breakfast was prepackaged breakfast sandwiches. Cable TV not great. refrigerator was really loud. No major issues though.

We stayed at the home2 suites for three weeks. Our stay was very comfortable. Their room are exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious. The staff are so nice, especially Michelle. The hotel is also close to many shopping places and restaurants which you can walk to, so plenty of options to eat out.

Wish they had a stove - we would’ve stayed longer for sure.

The staff was fabulous. Especially Mikal, Tarsha,and Gee. We were trying to change our reservation, and they were great in helping us out. The room was spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast was actually very good.

The walls between rooms seem to be pretty thin. In our first room the guy had the TV on all night, and we could hear it. But staff was great and helping us change rooms.

The property was clean and had all the amenities you might need. ALL the amenities! 😎

The breakfast sucked. Seems like Hilton could figure something else out besides fast food type sandwiches. Although they did have coffee throughout the day.

The bed was so soft and comfortable. The room had a little curtain dividing the room that I loved. They offered dishes and plenty of towels.

The breakfast was blah the Hampton next door was much better. I called to ask a few questions & the guy cancelled my booking & booked through their company but the lady checking me in did fix it. They do have the room stocked with dishes & silverware but the silverware was dirty.

The place was gorgeous and the location was truly fantastic. I didn't get to enjoy all the ammenities but I definitely plan on coming back and staying there once more.

Maybe being able to get the stuff that I needed to the room, but again, staff shortage, I completely understand. And my stuff was readily available to be picked up at the front desk anyways. So really, no real issues.

Rooms are large amenities are Excellent. Very Clean in and out. All facilities work well, fridge, microwave ETC. everything was Excellent extremely Clean.

Breakfast sandwichs were bad. All of them... Would rather have fresh eggs, beacon, ETC. Please get rid of the Breakfast sandwich. All other was fine.

The breakfast was fair. I only ate yogurt as I have food allergies.

The bathroom wasn’t quite as clean as I would have hoped.
