The room, the restroom, and the kitchen were marvelous. Very excellent standards

The internet service provider is horrible. They need to upgrade their services or the hotel needs to fire them. I had to leave the hotel daily because of poor network. Very bad internet services. I made at least four calls to the internet service provider but I could not still have internet service. This was the only negative experience in the hotel. Something needs to be done before it drives away customers.

Overall the room was pretty clean well stocked dishes pot,s and pans hallways very quiet @night I especially light the room darkening Shades and blinds but I just had overall rush hour traffic in the morning where my room was positioned but the staff was very courteous vending machines stocked with to many sodas and no water but well stocked nice patio and grill room had everthing I needed I was alone perfect size pretty nice suite.😊

My sheets didn't seem to be too clean that was hair on the pillow when I pull the sheet back there was hair under the comforter there was some type of cat or dog hair in the corners of the room and I killed a couple of spiders the air conditioner seem to cut off at night to a certain temperature.But no problem getting another complete set.

The property is located in an area that is close to grocery stores, the mall, and other amenities. The staff were super helpful and friendly! The gym was open and free for guests to work out. I also found the rooms to be spacious, the bathroom was nice, and the beds were very comfortable. Free parking and lots of parking spaces too.

The wifi was extremely slow. I had to call the company to improve it. You definitely need a car to get around, but that is true for most places in Michigan. It also would have been nice to have breakfast, but it's understandable that the property didn't offer it with the pandemic going on.

The room I had was very clean and comfortable! It had a fridge, stove, microwave, coffeepot, granite countertops and a sink, along with an average size TV and a big closet. The bathroom was also well lit and clean. Overall it felt like a four star hotel at a two star price.

The staff looked uninthused, but did there jobs. The toilet in my bathroom kept clogging but I was only there for one night so I didn't complain.

Bed clean and reasonably comfortable

Nasty dirty inside and out. The only clean thing was the bed. Bathroom ok, but the rest of the place was nasty. Office doesn’t open until 11 a.m. and no place to drop keys when I left. Open beer bottles left all over, including my window sill. Their version of a cart to transport luggage to and from room is a small grocery cart. They also had me initial in a dozen places and sign a document almost as long as a lease for one a one night stay. Ridiculous!

The staff at the reception was very helpful and polite. The room was clean

Not enough utensils in the kitchenette Bed was sagging in the middle. Not good for my waist

Loved how clean it was, saw a lot of reviews about roaches, but my fiance is in pest control and put up a monitoring station, 0 bugs for the whole 2 weeks!

Oh my goodness throughout this transition my family and I are enduring this has been a very clean affordable peaceful place to be

convenient to where we needed to be and was dog friendly.

a couple times I went to the front desk and no one was there. one time it took 10-15 min to get someone there even after calling. staff was very friendly though which helped.

it’s super far from the center , I mean, Detroit is big so everything was far so I always had to call a Uber, but at the same time is nice not being so close from all the messy area
